J&K DGP Dilbag Singh flags off high-tech 160 police vehicles to handle terror operations in Srinagar

Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Dilbag Singh flagged off new hi-tech 160 police vehicles in the Zewan area of Srinagar on October 30. These vehicles are equipped with high technology and have bullet resistance which helps in encounter operations in Kashmir. Notably, hi-tech vehicles play an important role in handling the terror operations in Jammu and Kashmir. These types of vehicles are already used in many situations like anti-terror operations, stone pelting and other law-order situations in the valley. It has saved many lives of the police forces during their special operation group.
“...You saw the convoy of vehicles that we launched... A few days ago, we launched vehicles under the Zero Terror plan. This is to maintain peace... Today, we are capable and have resources... I have full faith that force is ready to face any challenges...,” said Dilbag Singh.
