배달 문화가 발전 되면서 탕수육에 소스를 부어서 배달이 되면 튀김옷이 눅눅해져서 배달 탕수육은 소스를 따로 빼서 오다보니 찍먹 문화가 생긴 것이구요.
그래서 어르신들은 부먹파가 많아요.
저는 부산초량동출신 60대 중반 아저씨 입니다.지금은 경기도에 살고 있지만 가래떡 만들려고 방앗간 가는모습애 어릴때 엄마 손잡고 명절전에 동네 홍골 방아관 이란는곳에 갈때가 떠올라 돌아가신 모친이 너무 생각났습니다.새알이 들어간 팥죽과 어묵 정말 그립네요 할머니 음식 만드시는 모습이 시원시원하시고 프로 같습니다. 정말 행복하고 다정한 모습들이 너무 좋아 보입니다. 부산에서는 중고등 학생때 양과점이라고 불렀던 동네 제과점에서 추운겨울에 통 단팥죽에 참살모찌 한개 넣어서 후후 불면서 먹던맛이 너무 그립습니다. ..다들 행복하세요~
