Wonderful machines from Ferrari. At 6:40 for me the legendary 330 and 412 P-types are the creme de la crème of all Ferraris endurance racers IMO. They are my dream cars since childhood in the 1960s. Nearly 55 years on, and the impression they left with me has never dimmed.

Como echo de menos los Ferrari brillantes, un Ferrari debería de brillar, a parte de ser máquinas de velocidad son más que otra escudería del gran circo, Ferrari es clase, excelencia y tradición .
Great video as always. Honestly though the sp3 looks like it was designed by 3 different people, one did the front, one the back and the other the side. Im kind of dissapointed with Ferraris designers, it really shows when they aren't asking pininfarina to do their cars.
They truly are timeless designs, with those curves. I cannot imagine the excitement of kids , heck even the adults, at seeing this beast roaring down the straight.
I was Privileged to be invited by the Rally Art Mitsubishi team for a co drive with Tommy Makkinen on The Marlboro Masters of Formula 3 in The Netherlands at Zandvoort 18 years or so ago. Due to their joint sponsorship the Rally Art Mitsubishi Team and the Ferrari F1 Team gave some demo’s there between the different races. They had pit boxes next to each other. When I and some other guests had our co drive, which was a fantastic experience, it was Ferrari’s turn to shine! Luca Badoer, Ferrari’s test driver then who stood so close in front of me in it’s Ferrari that I literally could touch the car, drove a way full throttle. That 19000 Rpm V10 screamed so loud that my bode shivered and it looked like someone hit me on both of my ears with flat hands at the same time because I felt my eardrums been pushed inside That sound was and still is incomparable with any engine sound in what car so ever. Even after several Grand Prix visits in those 18 years this was the best car experience I ever had.
Annoyingly people will use this as an excuse to bash the sound of the v6, they are still really loud, just not ear piercingly loud like the older engines. If you put a v6 f1 next to your average high performance road car or even some gt cars chances are you would hear the v6 loud and clear, but when you put a the loud v6 against a really really loud v8 the same thing happens. The effect is exagerated by the fact that the engine volume seems to drop off much quicker for the v6, whereas the v8 can be heard from far away.
@@AndrewLewer90 that wasn't my point, it was if you put loud thing next to really loud thing, suddenly you can't hear loud thing at all, despite them both being loud, louder thing completely drowns out the loud thing. i wasn't saying they are bad, if you think that then fair enough, i was saying people will see this and absolutely trash on the v6 for being 'quiet' when it isn't at all. the fact that the sound drops off so quickly at distance for the v6's is something i don't quite understand. i believe they are 134db at 1m, but some characteristic of the sound must mean it can't travel very far. that is a geniune criticism of the cars and i completely agree that they don't sound great from a distance.

Really sad to see the two P3's and the P4 running so slowly around the circuit. My guess is the owners insisted on keeping their speed down primarily for safety and insurance reasons. I really can't blame them given the astronomical value of these race cars. Still the drivers must have been really frustrated none the less doing parade lap after parade lap around the circuit. However it was very enjoyable seeing them on a race track in 'slow' motion. Next time maybe one of the owners will consent to opening up the P3's engine so we can hear it screaming down the straightaway!
Can't even imagine what it'd be like seeing these cars in person, on tracks. Wish I could see them once in my life! Thanks for the great video.
Same, I'm in awe just watching it in video. I'd probably have some tears running down my face if I was actually there.
I'd love to go to this as well. I think I've seen a video on UA-cam of a similar event held in America as well but this would be amazing

The side is the one side that look hideous!!! Specially the door area
The side profile and rear of the car dont look good at all imo. I think it's because of the size of the wheels it just looks un natural.
