Great vid. For those watching...when finished with your bag after piping chocolate, don't throw out straight away. Leave the bag to set with remnants of chocolate inside. Once hardened open up the bag & put chocolate in a container to be used again.

I have never been a fan of White Chocolate but was thinking if I did the curls in white chocolate and put dark chocolate in the center as the glue to hold in place so the white chocolate isn’t so prominent. I really like your Bomber Sticks also. I don’t think you will ever stop surprising me with your talent. You are truly an amazing Chef and an an Amazing Family Man. When you made the SMURFETTE CAKE for your Granddaughter, the joy on her face was how happy she is to have you as her Grandfather. Your Family is truly Blessed by God to have you in all their lives. Perfect idea,s chef .My favourite is the milk chocolate stick / twigs very affective . My Grandaughter love,s white chocolate so I think useing your idea , piping very thin strains but a large amount to make the bottom , also making the sides of a Easter Basket , then lay , mini eggs on top .
