You should try and microwave your apple for like 20 seconds! The enzyme that causes allergies is very fragile and weak and can be taken care of with a bit of heat. Google it first if you want to check it out for yourself but that’s how I’m able to eat them!
You don’t eat the core, so you have to eat around it and decide when an appropriate time to stop is. At a certain point the juice gets on your hands while you eat, and it can sometimes be tricky figuring out how to hold it after you’ve bitten all around it. It’s not SUPER hard, but so many foods are significantly easier to eat. I like apples, but definitely also prefer them cut up
