I’m a man on testosterone replacement therapy due to a head injury I had that massively lowered my natural level. Throughout I was training in the gym to lift the heaviest weights I could. Within 3 months of starting therapy my lifting in the gym DOUBLED. I went from exhausted all the time / inability to recover quickly to having what seems like boundless energy and recovery just isn’t an issue now. Testosterone is literally nature’s anabolic steroid.
You doubled your strength though? Wow your levels must have been really low if you got that much stronger. I know most of the people I knew said they gained a few pounds on their lifts when going on TRT, but doubled strength is insane. Glad you had such good results in the gym and elsewhere in you life.

I’m a man on testosterone replacement therapy due to a head injury I had that massively lowered my natural level. Throughout I was training in the gym to lift the heaviest weights I could. Within 3 months of starting therapy my lifting in the gym DOUBLED. I went from exhausted all the time / inability to recover quickly to having what seems like boundless energy and recovery just isn’t an issue now.
Testosterone is literally nature’s anabolic steroid.
You doubled your strength though? Wow your levels must have been really low if you got that much stronger. I know most of the people I knew said they gained a few pounds on their lifts when going on TRT, but doubled strength is insane. Glad you had such good results in the gym and elsewhere in you life.

I really do despair about how little the sporting bodies care about keeping womens sports fair and safe for female athletes. It must be so dispiriting to be a female athlete at the moment. No-one male should ever be allowed to compete against female athletes in women's sports. Completely unfair to the female athletes this will destroy women's sport if allowed to continue.

He finished ahead of the 2nd place swimmer in the World Swimming Championship trials a clear 10 seconds ahead. On the podium, you had two little women and a 6ft 2in man wearing a woman's swimsuit.

Bodies win sporting competitions, not identities. Allowing men to compete with women is clearly wrong and I'm fed up of all the gas-lighting going on around this issue.
