Only Option is to download Football Life 2023/2024 (pretty much a copy of PES2021, don't know if Option Files work there but the Modd VirtuaRed V8 wich will need serious disc space (over 400GB) and can cost much time to install but it's worth the wait. Unfortunately If you want to play Master League it can crash at some time and you must restart from beginning
