    I have the 2021, and it’s a TANK!! We love it! Especially if you have kids, it has soo much space, very practical for a family of 4. Captain chairs are a plus!! Get one with it, you’ll see what I mean. The only complaint I have is the HORN!! It’s has a wimpy not so masculine sound for it’s huge size!! 👎🏽

    Thank you for the video. I have two questions…what are the differences between the 2021.5 SEL Premium R-Line and the same model for the 2022??
    Also, are you able to close the two side mirrors while in neutral? For ex: if I’m going through the car wash, I’d like to close my mirrors so they don’t get whacked and messed up by the heavy duty brushing machines. I know they open and close with locking and unlocking but can you close them while in neutral?? Thank you in advance!!

      If you have power folding mirrors, they can be folded in at any time. You just have to turn the mirror joystick until it is facing downwards to the left.

    Does this car have cool ventilated seats and if so, how do you turn it on?

    Very good video. What about the 2nd row seating. Does it have usb plug ins?

    • @custommusic2433
      @custommusic2433 2 роки тому +2

      Yes, second row has two usb in the back lower center console facing the seats and a 120V AC plug on mine, third row has two usb on the left side only.

    Pricing is wrong, and there is no S trim for 2022. Starting price for SE is 33,475 plus destination.

    • @markholle3450
      @markholle3450 2 роки тому +1

      No. The 2nd row vents are located near the control in the center console. The third-row vents are located in the window pillar (at face level). There is also a floor-level vent.

    im surprised they went with a v6 and didn't do what every car manufacturer is doing nowadays. makes you pay for the same engine but they tag a turbo and charge you 10k extra for it. back in my day you were paying for the engine and the engineering genius behind it. not for all this "ammenities"

    • @markholle3450
      @markholle3450 2 роки тому +3

      Not if you want to sit in the third row. We loved our Highlander but went with the 2021.5 Atlas when we needed to put adults in the back on a regular basis. Toyota needs to go back to the drawing board.

      for 3rd seats there's a lot of cars for a mini van or other cars in this segment, Subaru ascent, Kia Sedona, Kia Sorento, Mitsubishi Outlander, Nissan Pathfinder etc... most chances the cost will be lower and so the other factors.

    • @markholle3450
      @markholle3450 2 роки тому +1

      @@amio_roseto1 None of the other vehicles you mentioned come close to the Atlas for 3rd row room and comfort of the Atlas. The Ascent and Pathfinder are the closest and they are comparably priced to what we paid for our 2021.5 VW Atlas SEL back in July. So if you want to put adults comfortably back there your choices are limited in the three-row SUV market. We considered the mini-van again (we've had three), primarily the AWD Toyota Sienna. Great fuel mileage and space but my wife liked the SUV ground clearance for our snowy Montana winters.

      @@markholle3450 comparing cars to cars so I think the mini van has the upper hand when u need to carry adults in the back, both fuel and maintenance the mini van will be cheaper to run and safer to drive, saying so the issue with winter driving that's another issue by It self and I do see the need for something less then a SUV, the atlas is a good car but bit expensive

    • @2004cyrus
      @2004cyrus 2 роки тому +1

      @@amio_roseto1 yea the other factors are that you can’t comfortably place adults in the 3rd row like the person says they need to do. It’s too small back there:

    z car is awesome, have it since 22 very same model but black and black , driving nice. looks more expensive car, I was Touareg fan, . who likes real suv on vw go with atlas not cross sport. space and 3rd row , i would not change it to jap/amer/korean car what so ever. FYI.
