    In the case of Andre Jones...the rapid eye blinking of the prison doctor and the head of the department of public safety when they were telling their version of events indicates deception. Their own bodies give them away. Normal eye blinking is much slower and much less frequent when telling the truth.

    • @scottashe984
      @scottashe984 2 роки тому +7

      That isn't quite true. Body language is something that takes years to master and without knowing an individual's usual behavior you have nothing to compare the eye blinking against. My legs, for example, bounce around when I'm seated. I've been accused of being nervous or hiding something when there's nothing further from the truth. If rapid blinking was a great indicator of deception it would be used in court rooms.
      The same goes for looking up to the left or down to the right etc. Without studying the person in different situations over time and without knowing their medical status; medications, eye problems, pain etc. you may as well go a coin because at least you'd be right half of the time.

    He only served six years out of 17 this justice system is really fucked up

    • @scottashe984
      @scottashe984 2 роки тому +1

      The prisons are overpopulated. They build new ones and they are filled quickly. Some states allow for good time i.e. early release. The convict must be approved by the parole board first and have a home plan. The remainder of the sentence is finished on parole and if the parolee commits a new crime they go back to prison.
      When I was 17 I got caught with a joint of weed. I got 2 years probation 30 years ago. My second DUI got me 3 years upstate. They justice system sucks but if you don't break the law you won't have to go through the system. Most of the crazy drug sentences are due to getting caught multiple times. If you keep doing the same crime you'll get more time for the same offense as you accrue points on your record.

My mother found a baby in the back of our truck, newborn. 1988 maybe 1989, Ill never forget cause she sent my brother and I with $20 to 7eleven to get whatever we want at like 830 9 am. We came back and there was cops, fire trucks, ambulances in front of our house on bronze circle in Las Vegas, Nevada. She, my mother, after a night of drinking told me that she birthed the baby, I believe a female. She has passed since and I've done the ancestry to try to find the female. The biological instinct is still a factor in human life. My parents died when I was a baby and I still feel a connection to them, whether they raised me or not.
      I'm assuming you didn't grow up with your biological parents and are resentful at them, as your comment implies.
      I know adopted kids who go both ways, some want to know their parents, some don't. Not everyone is unhappy and wants to "go gaga." You seem pretty resentful, yourself.
      I grew up with terrible parents, abusers of the worst kind. Every single FBI agent investigating my mom (who I grew up with) ended up dead bc of even stupider people, so I have a lot to be mad about at both parties.
      But when it comes to wanting to meet and/or know your biological parents, it's simply instinct.

I wasn't officially adopted, rather kidnapped and dropped off at a some Pizza Hut, so my story is crazy, and the abuse was beyond what most can imagine.
      It's annoying when biological parents cry out regrets and sorry's, but it provides some kind of closure.
