I can descibe it! Like many I didn't believe in sprits or ghosts until June 1999. I spent that day working on my house. I went inside and put a pot of beans to heat up on low. I turned on the news and sat down in my stratolounger. I fell asleep. Later I felt the back of a hand push hard against my arm. I opened my eyes and seen an old friend smiling at me. He was standing in his own light like a large tv image but there was no glow around him. Then he said, "dinners ready" with a big smile like it was a joke. I was acutely embarrassed because I could not immediately remember his name. I blinked my eyes and he was gone! I could barely see the tv through the smoke and realized I wasn't breathing. I threw myself to the floor crawled to the door and out then down the stairs where I lay in the grass just trying to breathe. Ronnie had been dead two years. He was bumped off a barge in the Mississippi one night during a storm. I had been helping his family after his death. Hardly a day goes by when I don't think about it. I went to see his widow the next day. I described his clothes and she showed me the very same clothes he drowned in. I asked he did say say dinner or supper and she confirmed what I already knew. The next world is just the lack of one breath away and spirits can change events here.
