SO HOW IT IS USED FOR PARKINSONISM?

Sedation in common cold also helps in the symptomatic action as written in KDT . It does not decrease sedative action.

Q Histamine is autocoid and autocoids not circulate in body they show their action locally so why antihistaminic drug H1 blocker 1st geneartion go in corculation and in brain also and cross blood brain barrier
