I think you have not understand what i have explained there. Here i was discussing about physiological role of 5HT. Not migraine. There are many types of it. And here i said it is responsible to tingling and pain at merve ending and cause migraine which cause nausea. Aap KDT me migraine chapter dekh rahe honge. Please refer KDT 8th ed. Page - 187-88. Things are different and all these depends on types and conc.
