@@ThaMrsz How do I find what out? The pay tables are public. Clerks are level 6 and lead clerks are level 7 on the APWU pay scale. You see the before pay scale and after pay scale. What you learn from that is us clerks cap out like 2 dollars lower and we start out like 5 or 6 steps lower.

Give the PTF'S back the 15 hours Postmaster's are allowed to work, we need them more than management! Postmasters in level 18s are guaranteed more clerk hours than PTFs , who are only guaranteed 12 hours a week!

PTF is a pointless position. Please just make everyone a 40 hour a week worker. Managers, Post masters use being a PTF as a reason to cut people’s hours that they don’t like because PTFs are not guaranteed 40 hours.

If everyone here has been keeping up with whats going on with the post office and not just APWU, you would know the post office is still losing money. So I don't expect much in the way of pay increases. We'll be lucky to get 75cent per contract raise.

yes they are. that is one of the goals. They mentioned that at the convention. They want to do away with the PSEs and convert all to career.
The only problem with this that I’ve been seeing is decline in FTR spots and a lot of ptf very hard for ptfs for find FTR spots
