Overproduction is def an issue but Panini using patches that aren’t game-worn or authentic in any way…has ruined it. I enjoy patch cards but I will ONLY go after authentic patches and not generic ones because they’re worthless pieces of cloth that mean nothing.

9:15 umm...I work in print design, and 'registration' is alignment of all 4 colors(CMYK/cyan-magenta-yellow-black) as well as any other spot colors or varnishes or emboss/debossing or foiling. that white scuff over his mouth isn't a print defect, it's damage by owner(s) of the card 28:55 I'm a Niner fan and they do not have a good coaching staff, at least Sorensen isn't the def. coordinator cut for the job. he's awful. he's gettin canned at end of season.
Trade 8: I have to respectfully disagree on. Reason: 1) You are getting a MJ auto numbered to 10! 2) it is also a older SP authentic which IMHO the older basketball inserts command better value 3)You are also getting the GOAT and GOAT 1A 3) none of the bottom except for Kobe the gr8 command respect 4) the only card on the bottom that is worth the time for consideration is the Kobe and unfortunately panini has watered down all these cards and they do not command the same respect as the bowman. It just doesn’t. 5) no autos on the bottom 3 and even if you got ant and YTies autos they still don’t command the same value and respect as the MJ

PSA will continue to ruin the sports card market by not including an explanation of description of the grade they give. It make absolutely no since to spend that kind of money to have a sports card graded and you get nothing back but a graded number and no explanation as to why it got graded that way!
I think CGC might slowly pickup because of this reason. I know for comic books, cgc provides grader notes for anything found wrong with the book to give it the grade assigned. I just googled and they ARE doing the same for trading cards. Think this would be hugely beneficial to the hobby. And provides some level of accountability. Now if only they had a nicer label lol
Take that mantle all day, it's beautiful for a PSA 1. And that mantle will be worth wayy more than those three cards in 30 years. James cards will basically worthless in a few years . Take note
