You just said it, he upgraded the sidewalk *because he had no other choice but to do so* in order to get the second floor garage. He kept saying last episode that he really should upgrade the sidewalk over and over again, but he never did. This episode, he kept going on and on about it, but instead he kept buying other things when he had enough money to do so. He only upgraded the sidewalk when he realized he needed to in order to get the second floor garage. Next time, think before say something so you don't get called an idiot, idiot.
Its super interesting how like simple yet fun to watch and stuff this game is. So much potential. I do wish there was more lights inside the parking areas and also the office, that and some more decor in the office and around it. But as it is its pretty cool.
@Z1 Gaming the basement is not added yet i have gotten to the second floor and have everything maxed out except decor and im at 7 thumbs up. hope they add it soon. oh yea wait till you start gettin gthe glitch out cars that fly around tumbling and parking on top of each other and causeing traffic jams so then you have to take the delete gun and delete the car causing the jam
Also I noticed in my play thru the plants only cover what side of the carpark U done eg U placed all the front only those front 9 will get a boost U need to place on the back side to get all the 14 spots

He actually seems the kind of guy to not even view these people as the same level of humanity as him. Like they are sub humans that cannot even think for themselves. Like they are not sentient with hopes, dreams, love and aspirations. This guy needs to spend more time thinking about the lives of his employees and what he puts them through, paying them only JUST enough to afford the extortionate rent he charges them in Landlord Simulator when they go home from his car park to one of his rented homes.

you can use planter boxes and then place the bushes in them upto 5 at a time to make it even more efficient and give you even more money per car park
