📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 eggs
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
50 g (1/3 cup) all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
300 g (3 cups) grated coconut
Cream:
500 ml (2.1 cups) milk
74 g (1/3 cup) cocoa pudding powder
2 tbsp cocoa
140 g (3/4 cup) sugar
250 g (1 cup and 1 tbsp) butter
Chocolateglaze:
100 g (1/2 cup) dark chocolate
50 g (1/4 cup) milk chocolate
1 tbsp oil
Additionally:
Strawberry jam
Baking instructions:
Preheat: 180°C or 356°F
Baking time: 10 minutes with top/bottom heat
Baking pan size: 30 cm x 34 cm (12 x 13 inches)

Pourrais-je savoir la marque de ton plat pour le four, moi j'en ai achetée un , mais il n'est pas trop facile à le tirer en deux et un des bords est un peu oblique. Je pense que c'est pour la facilité de retirer le plas qui est dedans.
