    _22:00 breakdown of Habits:4Steps
    1ststage :
    It's a bad habit, how did I inculcate this in my lifestyle?
    How I need to get rid of my habit?
    2nd stage :Observing frequency of Habit :
    E. G. :taunting, playing victim, procrastination, wasting time in front of screens, browsing
    Date Time Daytime frequency
    3rd stage : consequence of repeating bad Habits : respecting boundaries.
    If I repeat my habit e.g browsing watching or listening to or reading prohibited content
    Giving sadaqah from your own pocket money
    And
    Ensuring a larger quantity of Istigfaaar.seeking forgiveness.
    4th Stage:
    Keeping a reliable person to point out if I repeat this habit.
    Procrastinating from real task :
    E. G:
    Salaah
    Azkaar
    Quran tafseer study...
    Avoiding from watching or listening or speaking about any thing that harms a person intellectually spiritually physically eyesight hearing
    socially :being considered ill mannered or morally weak.
    Effectiveness requires wisdom :choosing right thing to do. (seeking wisdom in Dua)
    Doing something to the best of Habits.
    Examples:you are part of automobiles while you drive.
    Subconscious is a habit of consciousness.
    Highway challenge test sudden alert. Degree of alertness decreases, comfort mode is automatical mechanism called Habit. Being Alert or Effective reflective mode.
    Driving frees you from all sorts of inhibitions.

    Good insight, I think a lecture on anger, abusive and controlling personalities, learning how damaging anger is to one's eman and personality, is much needed and due. looking forward.

    What is habit ? What is routine ? What is dependence ? What is relationships between habits and routine ? Amazing question and wonderful answers byAsif Saab Habits the thing you done mindlessly ,unconsciously is habitat .routine is action done by mindfully ,consciously . if you routine be come fix there is Chance to become habits .so make refection on routinely

    Mindless Ness /Automacityof of Habit
    To inculcate intellect in Habit.... Shaoor: wird ko zikar mein tabdeel krna.
    Reflective process of Habit: initially reflective
    Habit is an act but the meeting is an outcome of reflective process of intellect and sensitivity of belief.

      یہ ایک بھت اچھا سوال ھے۔ مختصراً اس کا یہ جواب ھے کہ یہ ملٹی ٹاسکنگ غلط نھیں ھے کیونکہ برتن دھوتے ھوۓ اۤپ اپنے زھن کو زیادہ استعمال نھیں کر رھی ھوتی ھیں۔ لھزا ساتھ میں کوئ دوسرا کام جیسے کوئ مفید لیکچر سننے میں کوئ حرج نھیں ھے۔
      اۤپ کا سوال جاننے کہ بعد ھم سوچ رھے ھیں کہ اس موضوع پر ایک علیحدہ گفتگو بھی ھونی چاھیے جس میں سلمان صاحب مفید اور غیر مفید ملٹی ٹاسکنگ کی وضاحت کریں۔ یہ موضوع ھم انشا اللہ مستقبل کی کسی گفتگو میں رکھیں گے۔
