    Tangible Plugins recently released a new Elementor + LifterLMS integration called Lifter Elements that allows you to use Elementor templates on LifterLMS lessons and courses.
    In this video, I break down an introduction to Elementor templates and how they work with LifterLMS lessons.
    Building lesson layouts using templates allows you to make your editing process a lot easier as you only have to edit your layout content from one place.

    Will, can you please please explain how the hell I make LifterLMS work with my dark astra theme? I'm using Elementor and I've a lost a week trying to make this work with LifterLMS Labs and Elementor - with no sidebars displaying and nothing aligning correctly either. I'm so baffled!

    Do you need the paid subscription of Lifter elements in order to make elementor work?

    • @WPCourseGuide
      @WPCourseGuide  4 роки тому +1

      You don't need Lifter Elements in order to activate the Elementor builder on Lessons/Courses (you can do that with the free Elementor tool via this method: ua-cam.com/video/mni2eVCDEf4/v-deo.html )
      But Lifter Elements is necessary for that templates for lessons feature that allows you to make a template and apply it to all lessons, so you don't have to manually style each one. It's not that hard initially to style your template, then go into every lesson copying that template, but if you wanted to make one change to your template, you would have to do that on every lesson if you're doing each lesson manually.

      @@adrianlachance9318 You're welcome! ... I don't believe I've seen that message before. I'm not sure what a shortcut is. I'd probably recommend reaching out to LifterLMS support on that. You should be able to easily activate the Elementor editor and edit any lessons or courses, but they'd be able to help you figure out what could be conflicting with that

      Hello, do you have the Tangible: Lifter Elements plugin installed on your site? Some users have another LifterLMS + Elementor integration that doesn't allow for the templates on the lesson feature. If you can check for the Tangible: Lifter Elements plugin, I think that may be the issue

      Hello, you can use the Elementor Hello theme with LifterLMS. You don't really need LifterLMS sidebars with the Elementor template system I demonstrate in this video. You can just add your own sidebar in on the template by having a second column that you populate with any info you'd like.

    Hi Will! To what extent is it possible to edit the tiles of the courses at the course catalog page? (with Lifter Elements and/or Elementor pro)

    • @WPCourseGuide
      @WPCourseGuide  5 років тому +2

      Hello, Lifter Elements offers a module for the courses that allows you to display courses and modify things like the description and some fairly advanced layout settings. But I often manually create a course catalog by manually building things with Elementor columns and formatting them however I'd like to as that gives you total control of the layout. But I would recommend trying out the courses module from Lifter Elements to see if that gets you to where you want to be with your course catalog area.
