When you learn a narc's patterns, they are very predictable. When you can predict their actions, it's a lot easier to gray rock successfully.
No contact means no contact and RUN 🏃♂️ 💨
The interaction of any kind kind with a narcissist is very difficult to traverse. Not conducive to any positive or productive way forward. Only way is to leave them be and walk away. Manipulation always is off the charts. Thank you.

Ignore them works. This doesn't feel right as you're ignoring them. But later on after you step away is when it starts feeling really good like you did it right

I think the problem with trying to not express any emotions is that you feel so surprised with their thoughts and actions.
It's not possible sometimes to believe what these people say and do!
They play with that though. Just act blasé, like they're trying to look for negative attention again, nothing interesting here.
