Thank you for this great routine! I might suggest when doing a "distance" routine, it would be helpful to have a tracker going with the walk. I intended to do a mile and a half and then cool down but had no way to really gauge that stopping point.

I have a question not really related to this video, but when you have a slip/herniated/bulging disc, how do you know your recovered, I still have a little sciatica not really any pain in the back any more, I’m trying to figure out how to know when it’s safe to return to motocross
I am 32 yr old working lady. My weight is 75 kg and recently diagnosed with PCOD. Doctor suggested me to lose weight. Since then I am doing these exercises for 30 minutes. Could you please tell me within how many days I will able to lose atleast 5 kg?
Can this be used for my walk 1st thing in the morning before my stretches (I suffer from SI joint pain from having 5 children and from Diastasis Recti). I just need to ease my stiff back when I get up. Is that terrible background music really necessary? Being neurodiverse I can't deal with the music competing with the woman's voice. The only way I can take part is by turning the sound off and reading the subtitles, which is less than ideal. What's wrong with letting people add their own background music if they want to listen to 2 competing sounds
