Purestream lot more of use in status resistance, since her basic attack already have the effect, unlike most wide range healer that needs skill to give resistance.

Blaze also has some kind of immortality. When her hp drop below 25% she will recover 50% hp. And her hp wont fall down below 50% for 6 second (7 with p3). It is a one time (per deploy) auto activated talent. I find her very usefull for stalling high dmg/dps boss. Kinda just drop and forget. Since her hp wont fall down below 50% and not get stunned. After her talent she will still able to tank 1 or 2 hard hit.
Blaze also has a talent that can make her immortal, but it only lasts for 7s while Specter has 15s of immortality. Specter can also survive on her own since she has passive regeneration.
Honestly, I tend to use Phantom or other Operator as a heli-drop DPS, but for consistent Stalling with strong DPS, Specter is the winner here. DPS won't mean anything if my target is just going to kill my DPS-er or get out of their range
The strongest 5 star in versatility within casual and tryhard content; deals good damage to multiple enemies, regenerates health, doesn't fucking die. My first E2 and I can say its like getting a 6 star with the price of a 5 star. Just make sure to M3 her second skill because it increases her invincibility duration. Long live the fish people.
As someone who have given up on getting Blaze, Specter is a very, *VERY* solid stand in, if not better due to her temporary immortality. And if bring Gladia too, she can function like Mountain to hold the line.
My second 5 star unit and my first E2, a staple in ever squad I've made and a key component of every victory I've scraped, trust in the Sharky Friend, she will guide you.
She is (after Amiya of course) my first 5* as well as (after Amiya, Ranger, Noir Corn and Yato) my first real obtained operator, so of course she already E2 lvl80 M6 (she and Rosa being my waifus)
I love her, she’s my Arknights Waifu and has been so helpful ever since she came back when I barely started playing. She’s doomslayer’s distant cousin and is so beautiful. Hell I’m hoping of getting more copies of her!
I think whats nice about Specter's S2 compared to other ops with pseudo immortality like Blaze or Saga is that there's controllability with her skill, unlike those two who gain immortality kinda through their talent. Saga does have the potential to take advantage of it more, rather than blaze, due to saga being able to be used as a flagpipe laneholder, unlike Blaze who has way too long of a windup to be redeployed willy nilly. And even then Saga can't do anyting about arts damage lol.
As someone who have and build her all i can say is "i dont regret anything build her with max poten and max lvl", i usualy pair her with my surtr when dealing with boss since she's stalling and surtr help her with more DPS you should build her if you dont have blaze (yeah i dont have blaze until now) so she's very decent operator with decent kit, i really recomend to build her. i promise, you won't regret build her
Lappland and Spectre are one of the best 5 Star operators in AK. Spectre is like a 5 Star Blaze but it's second skill is a cherry on top. If you had Red Skadi her atk is buffed along with Skalter second skill.
she'd carried me when I was clearing for CC2, 3 and 4, her rarity wasn't a hindrance of what she can offer, that S2M3 is insane with a huge damage output for 15 secs, it's like Surtr's Talent2, but longer and has a 10 secs stun afterwards, just time it right and you're good to go, she can use to stall stages like against bosses, and especially when you're waiting for your other ops' skill cooldown, at E2 with her Talent 1, she'll obtain a passive regen every sec, overall, she's def a must have
One drawback from Specter are her mediocre defence makes it painful for her to block 3 enemies with high attack. But in most cases, she is pretty much useful. I didn't use her much before E2 her, but I realize how reliable she after reaching E2 before I have Blaze. Even after I have Blaze, I usually just deploy both together and forget about defenders.
Also as Blaze user in 2020 to first half of 2021, spec lane holding capability is not that great. But her niche is just muuuaaach, no one could enter our holy sanctuary

There´s no discussion here, Specter is extremelly usefull against dangerous enemies like arts guard/caster in cc#3. Of course E2, and s2 m3 make her job more easily to stall/kill deadly enemies. Needless to say the timing would be precise with the stun condition after s2 stop working. Very good operator, powerful and insane!

I very much recommend building specter. I had this pleasure of getting her early. Build her to E2. She easly carried me through mid game of chapters 4-7. Even with full 6* rooster, she still has her own uses. Also self healing is great for trust farming (i recommend S1 for that though). My only regret is that after 2 years she is still pot1 >_< Cmon game

Also with S2M3 she's a helidrop unit as you just need 5sp (iirc) to proc S2. And most of the time the stun is irrelevant anyway.

i'm new for about 3 weeks, just received her today, this video is very helpful
if you time her skill 2 properly to prevent death, think it not as a 10 second stun, but a 10 second quick redeploy with a health penalty.
