I think there is a difference between saying “Dan is a predator” and just showing evidence that he might be. The doc didn’t say he was anything, they just showed clear evidence of things he did. No way he will win that lawsuit.
I don't agree. He has a very strong case. It implied many things in the series.
They didn't say he was, the only thing that they said was that he was putting kids in sus ways and abused adult women.
Let's be honest - he escaped many lawsuits and prison time for harassment and he's basically opening up the can of worms again.

We all know Dan's creepy. But my mom had no idea until the documentary. The documentary didn't defame Dan. It told the truth that many of us already knew but allowed more eyes to see it. It's his actions that caused all this speculation. Not the doc's fault.

LMAO now I think you have it backwards, all the people that put false information about him out on the internet on UA-cam especially, Alexa Nikolas being one of the main people to do that, have to prove that the allegations and false information that they post about him, you know Jamie Lynn and Amanda Bynes pregnancy, that is going to be something that the people out there spreading like wildfire, that's factual need to prove, and if they don't prove it then he will win that lawsuit or multiple lawsuits, that's what it's going to come down to look at the lawsuit picture it says one through 50 meaning there are going to be a lot more people than just quiet on set, the media will tell you a little bit but there's a lot more to it, just watch and also realize Alexa has been gone off of UA-cam for quite some time now, and coincidentally Dan has this lawsuit going so we will see😅
@@donb7519correct and also he's going to probably Sue major UA-cam platforms for spreading misinformation like Jamie Lynn on the finest getting pregnant by him, that can be easily proven, especially with Jamie Lynn but that is something that's thrown around like a freaking softball, all over UA-cam and a bunch of other conspiracy theories so I think he's got a case if he goes after UA-cam channels and these major UA-camrs that want to talk about him all day, even Alexa Nikolas is vanished off UA-cam and the fact that she's still Incognito right now shows that she the one that talks about Dan the most, probably is getting a lawsuit thrown at her, that's my assumption but I really think that it is true that she's getting sued by him because she set herself up honestly, she should have thought that he could have retaliated and she didn't, so now that we have that, this is going to be really interesting

That whole documentary was such a freaking fail, and Open Secret showed a lot of what we really need to know and this is stupid documentary series just showed parts of the convicted pedophiles that were on set, and then went right over to a bunch of reaching, like Katrina Johnson growing out of her role, that happens it's Hollywood it's the industry and then you have that lady that says she was bet on that she couldn't eat this ice cream another ridiculous one because she didn't have to do that, and then the lady that said she was forced to bend over and act like she was getting sodomized, no evidence to back that up and no reason that she came out this late and never came out even 10 years ago with that, it doesn't really add up and I don't believe it, and then everything else was just reaching, aside Brian Jason etcetera those were the important aspects but everything else was just reaching, and watch him win this lawsuit and start suing major UA-cam channels that spread misinformation about him on the daily, they're going to be crying once that narrative falls through LOL😅😅😅 the only two things people have against Dan to put him away are Jamie Lynn and Amanda pregnancy conspiracy theories, a DNA test from Jamie Lynn and the abortion papers from amanda, that's why people are practically begging Amanda to come out it's so disrespectful because she doesn't want to get involved with this new culture that pretty much will screw your own story up, but yeah they want those two stars to come out and admit what they want to hear so the narrative can stick I guarantee you and these UA-camrs are going to get sued out the ass LOL😅😅😅😅😅

An NDA does not prevent you from coming out with a crime that was committed against you, especially if it's sexual and with somebody that is underaged or of a very young age, it cannot protect people from that so
Plus someone just stole her information and created that Twitter even Amanda came out and said it wasn't her and I believe she had a lawsuit against Twitter for that

He is accusing of the show of making people hate him but this guy has been outed for years. The show didn't introduce anything new about Dan and even left out a lot of accusations. If people are saying "lock up Dan" it's not because of the show, it's because of Dan's weird behavior over the span of 30 years.

I think if someone made a documentary about H3, and they heavily implied, but did not directly state that Ethan and Hila are pedophiles, they would probably sue for defamation if the doc was well respected, and watched enough.
Ethan made a comment that Dan's family "doesn't give a shit" about any of this, which doesn't even make sense. Fyi Ethan and H3 community - just because someone did a bad thing, doesn't mean their families "don't give a shit". If your partner was accused of being a pedophile in a public space like this doc, do you no think it possible for this to impact their lives? Do you think his family just hates him by default? Amanda never spoke bad about dan, she seemed her happiest when she was on set with him, it's the narrative that is destroying his reputation, not any of the stars, and you have people like Katrina Johnson complaining on the documentary that she was let go but she's not taking into account that she just grew out of her role and it was time to hire someone else, Amanda bynes, she was just mad and everybody else like the ice cream woman and the woman that said Dan forced her to bend over, these people cannot prove their claims, Dan wasn't even informed about this documentary and he's also not convicted of anything so it wasn't right that they didn't let him know so, it gave a platform for people to say whatever they wanted without even having proof, look how they did Marc summers, even Raquel was pissed off about the docu-series, because that's what they did they had a narrative and wanted to fill it, they knew they would get all of these people that were brainwashed into thinking that Dan is this or Dan is that and would get their views, and they definitely got paid so😅😅
