Hey hey hey. Just to let everybody know that if you have no voltage on the blue and white wire on the solenoid. And all the other voltages check right. Replace controller.
Gas or electric. Also does it do it all the time the cart is moving or does it do it in both directions meaning if it does it in forward it will do it in reverse when you let go of the gas. Or does it do it constant in forward or reverse.
@@Golfcartwhisperer 48v electric it does it all the time almost like a hovering noise it sound like it’s coming from the motor but I not %100 sure motor was replace once because of the noise and we replace it with a plum motor noise went away for about three months but now it’s back

@@Golfcartwhisperer no I can't get it to run but thought the blue and bl/w was on incorrectly. I have a 2001 club car ds with regen 2 controller and looks like a new obc, soleniod , and charge port. @@GolfcartwhispererI had the model number written down but couldn't find it. All the wires and electric components are exactly like this Club Car that you are working on. Hey GolfCartWhisperer. Can you help? Just got a 2005 48v Club Car Precedent. When turning key on and hitting gas pedal, the cart will hesitate for a second and then not move. Turn key off and back on and try again and it will do same thing. In both forward and reverse. But after a few tries it’ll take off fine and be okay. What if when u put the red lead on B+ on the controller and black lead on the blue and white wire on the solenoid and when u hit the gas I don’t get battery voltage/ no click in the solenoid. what would be the issue ?
You only explained what would be the problem if solenoid was clicking would be the motor, or the controller. Not if it didn’t have power what would cause that. That’s the problem I’m getting on my golf cart. And when I tested it with volt meter it shows no volts running to the solenoid from B+ on the controller to the blue and white wire on solenoid with the volt meter.

Have you checked voltage on the battery pack? You’re either going to have a bad battery or you’re going to have motor brushes stuck
@ I checked the batteries and they seemed to check good, how would I go fixing the stuck brush?

If you’re still know, it gets voltage when you get the gas replace solenoid. As long as both small posts get voltage.
