@danielrogers262 okay Jack it up and jump m- and b- with an old battery wire. Just touch it together don’t bolt the wires together. And barely touch the gas where the solenoid engages. But be careful it will take off wide open until you let go of the gas. If it runs replace controller. Either way let me know.
I can't help myself but to comment. I really appreciate your videos brother. I work at a campground / Music Park and our inventory is 105 48 volt txts. Plus whatever random people bring me. At the house or at work, I normally never have a problem diagnosing and fixing whatever problem. Your videos help keep me on track with diagnosing. So I just want to say thank you.
@@treystyles3296 I appreciate you watching my videos and comment man. I hope you’re subscribed. I will tell my wife the other night one good thing about posting videos is it keeps me up to par on stuff?
So my red wire is not putting out enough voltage. There is low voltage and the cart bumps a bit but doesn’t go anywhere. Does that mean the ITS is bad or the controller? Thanks!
What if everything checks out but the cart still doesn’t move
@@danielrogers262 then replace controller. Does your cart have a tow switch?
No it’s almost identical to the one in this video

M- to B- didn’t do anything but M- to B+ I got some sparks but still no movement
@@danielrogers262 if you jumped m- b- and nothing happened then were missing something. Does the solenoid click

Run you a wire from the main positive to the small post on solenoid red wire and hit the gas and see if the cart runs. Key on in forward
@ that worked. Solenoid clicked hard.
@ did the cart run
@@woodwind35 does your car have a to switch?
@ don’t think so.
Hey. My cart seems to have the same issue as in the video. What ste my next steps to fixing it?
@@slavsquad1389 what year is your cart
Is your cart like the video above
1996
@HeyHeyHey97 1996 I think it's a txt. On the side it says 4caddy
Do you have tow switch
If the solenoid doesn’t click does that mean it’s bad?
@@Farmboy-wb7cf not necessarily. Only if you have voltage on the small post that activates the solenoid. While you hit the gas key on.
