My parents had a green and white 57. They loved it I was three when they bought it brand new. They had if for a long time. It was a very solid car. I Remember my mom was driving one day and a tire came off a car and hit the front of the hood between bumper . That tire flew for a hundred feet. The only got a small dent in it. Try A modedern car would sustain a lot more damage.

In '57, Ford actually sold more than Chevy.
Ford always sold more than Chevy. GM has always needed many subsidiaries to keep up with FORD (R.I.P. Pontiac & Oldsmobile & Saturn)
My late Uncle Ed owned a 1957 Ford Fairlane 2 door brand new because he thought the Chevy was ugly and that is his opinion.
Thunderbird?
Sedan delivery?
Too bad these motors weren't more common in the UK or Europe for that matter.
Not at all all ford models for 1957. Cool video though
No 57 Ford Thunderbird, so this is just advertising for the big heavy low quality FORD cars.
