What a beautiful boat. I like it when the layout makes so much common sense but you don't even have to think about it. Everything is just where it needs to be, neat and tidy.
I really like this boat. Clean, uncluttered and unpretentious. That crew cabin was a surprise. Bigger than some much larger boats. Great tour, thank you Nick ! Xx
What immediately struck me about this yacht is the tranquility it conveys. You immediately have a relaxed feeling. Personally, I would quickly feel at home there. Beautiful yacht! Thanks for sharing again, Nick!!
What a great cruiser. I love that open plan in the salon, the light colors and all of the huge windows. The booming Turkish yacht building industry is producing some impressive quality products. The galley down style is as old as contemporary yachting is but on this boat, it's not a hole in the hull, dark and greasy pit like it is on older boats. The atrium light is a brilliant design choice. This boat is really spectacular.
I'm loving these type of modern 'small-ish' motor yacht's being produced by the likes of Alen, Mulder and Van Dutch. Even with a massive pay check I doubt I'd look to purchase anything much grander than a Logica 147 or SanLoz SP110. Size isn't everything! Sleek design and taste are far more important. It's the difference between buying an modern Bugatti and classic Lambo Miura. One is classy, the other's in your face, loud and garish. Some of the mega yachts out there nowadays, innovative and amazing as they are, they're just too ostentatious for my tastes. Excellent tour on a 'super' small yacht, Nick 🙂
Hi Nick, That is also for me the first Alan 77 and great that you bring this on Aquaholic to show us very impresive yacht it is bright and light in the salon/dining and bar below the galley very nice there with 3 cabins all ensuite,The crew space is spaceious for the size of this yacht or a nice teenagers room total separated from the parents Great Nick what a show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you remove the vip bathroom you can extend the kitchen maybe even put in a table. Who needs three full bathrooms anyway. Love the design of the main deck with all the windows. Very nice. Thx Nick.
You're at 508k! You made the 1/2 mil+ mark. 🥳🎉 That does seem pretty neat for a owner-operator boat. Didn't see a washer/dryer, but I'm _guessing_ it was the door prior to the master bedroom (they blend in pretty well; I give them credit there).
Wow I’m smitten by this boat and with having the galley downstairs i think it just makes everything upstairs a lot bigger, yes it’s an unique boat love it ❤👍👍👍
Different... But so very nice. I would say no if you gave it to me. Boat designers are just so imaginative. Quite a sleek design too. Brilliant tour as per usual.
Another lovely boat and another lovely presentation! Well done! I'm glad you didn't edit out that cough at 9:35, but elegantly handled it in your own charming way, as usual! ;) Keep up the good work!
That’s a decent design, the idea of having the sliding section in the roof is a good one. I didn’t expect the upper helm to be set back so far but it works well. The area for crew is a bit simple but as you mentioned it could be used for storage. I think for the size its proportions work well and nothing seems to be an afterthought. The tender area might not be for everyone and I guess you could possibly have a beach club area or something similar if you chose. Another quality design and great video too.
I really like this yacht! Two changes if I was ordering one…get rid of the flybridge and put solar up there (to me, it’s a man overboard event waiting to happen!) and turn stateroom 3 into a dining area.
I agree. That flybridge without so much as a bimini cover leaves you completely exposed to the elements and not to mention trying to walk back down those stairs out on the water with the boat underway looks like an accident waiting to happen. But it is a nice looking boat.
Looks amazing and the build quality seems to be excellent. Love that there is literally no cracking noise anywhere you walking. Unfortunately, the price is ridiculously too high for what you get.
That is one of the most spacious engine rooms with a tender garage I have seen. I was kind of surprised It didn't have a washer/dryer, though. Nice find and great video Nick.
Dare I say , but right up there there with Princess yachts and other more established brands. Loved the practicality and the timeless interior imho. Great tour and a great boat!! Thanks Nick !! 🙏🇦🇺❤️
This is a _really_ nice design. Love the layout, love the mini-cabin for crew/daughter's boyfriends, great engine room and mini-flybridge. I'd redecorate, maybe redo the lower helm and consider isolating it (don't need the bar), and see if they could copy the 'collapsible' design I've seen on other flybridges. That would just make for a stunning boat!!
Wow ! I like that.Beautifully proportioned with a very luxurious feel . The internal layout is almost perfect and really harks back to the era of Gentleman cruisers but with a modern take . Thanks for the tour Nick !
Everything sounded nice and solid. Looks really nice and lots of light. I think the only thing I would change would be the lighting system in the main living room. Other than that really like it.
I love the galley down design. Having all that light and high ceilings while you are cooking must be really nice! Also, it seems absurd to use the word modest and yacht in the same sentence but these are the most modest appointments I have ever seen on a yacht. Very basic while still being elegant.
The large open plan main desk space was just right very sociable. Having the kitchen below didn't seem an issue, maybe needs to be a tad bigger. 1st Alen boat I've seen and very impressed I was. Nice one Nick 😊🛥️
Amazing. I love to see different takes on the idea of Yacht. Turkish design has it's own point of view. I did notice that the appliances were Siemans not Miele. I also did not see a washing machine or stabilization - but that doesn't mean they weren't there. I wonder at it's market niche and how that effected it's design. Very interesting.
🦘🇦🇺 That’s quite a sporty 77 foot yacht. The galley is an interesting arrangement, as is the owners cabin. An interesting all-rounder but I don’t think it’ll make the Christmas list. Thanks Nick for a great tour, as always. 🛟🙏
I’ve never heard of this manufacturer but what a nice yacht! I love the colors scheme, inside and outside. I would tweak the layout a little bit, if I could, because I’m not a fan of “galley down” yachts. Also I prefer the bar to be near the cockpit door and to have an openable window. The price is adequate too.
Very clean and crisp as you mentioned. I like that they have taken a different approach. Hard to take any boat seriously with pillows on the Helm seat though.
I have not seen one of these yachts before either. That is a very nice yacht, love the bright interior and it has a nice layout and flow to it. For the size of boat I was surprised to see two berths in the crew cabin. Great tour Nick thank you.
Wow! Your last two walkthroughs were close to perfection. Love the calm and longer overviews of the different parts of the yachts, the lesser openings of storages (only important ones), your humor, etc. Maybe one tip: short overview of the specifications of the yacht as an intro. Top job Nick!
So many of these boats compromise so much. This one doesn't. The forward cabin has a proper bed, the garage still lets you walk around the engines, the daughter's boyfriend gets a cupboard.
Very impressive boat - I love the design & decor, and of course another fantastic Aquaholic tour! Btw, I don't suppose you sneaked aboard any of the big beasts moored up on the Dart this week? (Aviva is awesome, but Elysian is my favourite, and we saw her dropping anchor off Beesands)
Beautiful boat built for folks who have the mullah! I'd prefer rails, something to grab onto should be on very boat regardless of styling. Nothing to grab onto going up to top deck probably means that many of an owners family just won't feel comfortable going up there, some even in a marina. I'll take a Nordhavn thank you....yeah different mission and still not in my price point until they are 20 years old.......but they're my favourite :) Beautiful Boat though, for sure :)
Oooo nice 👍 like the decor, nice and bright salon and plenty of room to move around. Like the kitchen downstair. She a very practical type of boat, with 3 cabins nice sized cabins with that light bright decor, same as the salon. The flybridge hummmm 🤔 not sure, feels as bit lacking, do you meed it? Solor panels?? Maybe 🤔. Crew space not bad, but more used more as storage space. But overall nice boat.
Not really a fan of galley down layout, BUT, it really does open up the main deck salon. I'd think if the preparation of meals is a social event, or you just aren't using your boat like that, this would be perfect. I've really grown to like these small fly bridge designs. If you like to drive up there, but don't want to party up there, perfect. I'm, pleasantly, surprised at the space in the crew cabin. I always say opt for this, you can still use it for storage but it gives you the overflow if desired. Really like this boat.
Thank you for showing this Nick, but after looking at all the other yachts you have shown there is no way this should be worth 4 1/2 million, Do not like that wasted space on the fly bridge it’s sort of useless, most definitely do not like that wasted space they call a crew quarters hard to get in and out of, And what does it use for stabilizers? What about the anchor and anchor windless? Looks like that could be a nightmare, also from a distance looks like a big floating bathtub . but thanks for showing. Nick
Interesting to see something a bit different…🤔🤔..but to be honest I’d take a Fairline Phantom 65 for similar money …and which looks like far better value …with far better & simple shaft drives & just much better quality finish on the face of it …. Keep up the great work Nick 👍👍❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️🇺🇸😎
shame the master cabin isn't a bit further aft using the "crew" space making the galley larger, could have a table and small sofa down there. Other than that though, lovely boat, nice to see something a bit different
What a beautiful boat. I like it when the layout makes so much common sense but you don't even have to think about it. Everything is just where it needs to be, neat and tidy.
Except a hand rail for the outside stairs.
I really like this boat. Clean, uncluttered and unpretentious. That crew cabin was a surprise. Bigger than some much larger boats. Great tour, thank you Nick ! Xx
Thanks for watching!
What immediately struck me about this yacht is the tranquility it conveys. You immediately have a relaxed feeling. Personally, I would quickly feel at home there. Beautiful yacht!
Thanks for sharing again, Nick!!
My pleasure!
I will probably never own a yacht. But this is the most interesting guy on the internet
You're very kind 🙂

You review the yachts better than those who even built them, you’re amazing
You're very kind 🙂
Clean, crisp, cool, sophisticated. Nice yacht!! Another great tour, Nick!!! Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
So much space for just 6 people, nice 😀 Simple and clean design, also nice 😀 Thanks for the tour 😊
I'm loving these type of modern 'small-ish' motor yacht's being produced by the likes of Alen, Mulder and Van Dutch. A great boat with lots to like about it. I particularly liked that airy lounge. I also enjoyed the Devonshire pronunciation of toothpaste.
Really clean cut and modern boat. No fuss or frills. Like that one. Have a great weekend Nick. K
You too Mr. K!
What a lovely yacht Nick! I love the layout, decor and vibe. Thanks as ever for the tour! oh and Grats on the 500k 🙂
Thanks!

What a beautiful boat and i love the way it is set out nick.
If I could design my own boat, this would just about be it! Great review as always!
You're very kind 🙂
If you remove the vip bathroom you can extend the kitchen maybe even put in a table. Who needs three full bathrooms anyway.
Love the design of the main deck with all the windows. Very nice. Thx Nick.
Brilliant tour of a yacht I’d never heard of either.
It wouldn’t make my top 5, but great to see around.
I’ll take it! Thanks for another great tour.
Very clean & classy design!
Great looking yacht, bright, airy and pretty fast. Looks fun boating.
Wow I’m smitten by this boat and with having the galley downstairs i think it just makes everything upstairs a lot bigger, yes it’s an unique boat love it ❤👍👍👍
has anyone ever been on more boats than you? compelling stuff.. thanks..
Different... But so very nice. I would say no if you gave it to me. Boat designers are just so imaginative. Quite a sleek design too. Brilliant tour as per usual.

Absolutely Gorgeous, Outstanding
Another lovely boat and another lovely presentation! Well done! I'm glad you didn't edit out that cough at 9:35, but elegantly handled it in your own charming way, as usual! ;) Keep up the good work!
Thank you very much!
Nice engine room looks very accessible! 👍👍

Another quality design and great video too.
Really like the color of the main deck interior. Light and bright. A very different kind of vessel. Thank you! 🍷
Glad you like it! 😃
Congratulations 508,000 now 👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻🍾🥂🥇

Gorgeous yacht, more spacious than expected, nice and clean lines. Thanks for tour Nick 👌
Thanks for watching!
Dare I say , but right up there there with Princess yachts and other more established brands. Loved the practicality and the timeless interior imho. Great tour and a great boat!! Thanks Nick !! 🙏🇦🇺❤️
I'm glad that you liked it 🙂
Lovely yacht Nick and excellent video 🚤🛥️⛵️👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
Thanks Big J! 👍🏻
Great tour, Nick! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
Thanks for watching..! 😍

I definitely like the exterior styling!
Thanks for the share Nick
My pleasure!!
I was pleasantly surprised when you opened the salon door. Quite nice layout.
New episode! Sweet! 👍👍

Beautiful boat. Less size, less need for a lot of crew and less maintenance costs. I would love a longer range but you can't have it all.
Very nice and stylish nick
Turkey is turning out beautiful and capable yachts. Great spin around the boat Nick. You do it so well.
You're very kind! 🙂

Great job. Thanks for continuing to bring us great content. Hope you had a great day. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
🦘🇦🇺 That’s quite a sporty 77 foot yacht. The galley is an interesting arrangement, as is the owners cabin. An interesting all-rounder but I don’t think it’ll make the Christmas list. Thanks Nick for a great tour, as always. 🛟🙏
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
This is such a lovely yacht. I love the helm area. Thank you for showing it to us. 💐🌺🪻

Not just a big shower but a Rainfall shower 😂😂😂
Lovely boat 🛥️
Very clean and crisp as you mentioned. I like that they have taken a different approach. Hard to take any boat seriously with pillows on the Helm seat though.
I suppose you could just move them...
I have not seen one of these yachts before either. That is a very nice yacht, love the bright interior and it has a nice layout and flow to it. For the size of boat I was surprised to see two berths in the crew cabin. Great tour Nick thank you.
My pleasure!
congratulations, looks like you made it
Hey Nick, thanks for sharing this beauty... Is an absolutely beautiful boat. Have a great day! ❤
Thanks, you too!
Great video to start the weekend cheers nick
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Very nice bright and airy and iv not herd of these like it a lot

Cracking review, very exciting!
Thank you!
Nice tour Nick 👌
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Is there a designer out there who loves boats so much they designed their own big boat and got it built. Love to see that, if it exists?
Very nice tour Nick! I like this yacht very much. Going to buy more lottery tickets right now! Lol
Good luck! 🤞
Lovely looking boat happy friday nick
You too!!!
That's quite nice. They're new to me
Very nice indeed and somehow refreshing.
Good afternoon Nick
God afternoon Michael
Another great boat and video. Lovely interior. 🇦🇺 😊
Glad you like it! 😃
Of all the video's I have watch from you, this is the first time I have ever seen a door that has a lock on it (7:27).
Sadly not
That's actually not a bad crew area. I'd be happy with that.
Very nice boat Nick, you know you're getting pretty good at this. 😁🏴
You're very kind 🙂
The daughter's boyfriend cabin is equipped with a TV.
It’s supposed to have a lock on the outside of the door, and nothing else…
That atrium galley is incredible.
Beautiful boat built for folks who have the mullah!
I'd prefer rails, something to grab onto should be on very boat regardless of styling. Nothing to grab onto going up to top deck probably means that many of an owners family just won't feel comfortable going up there, some even in a marina.

Beautiful Boat though, for sure :)
I want one. Very beautiful design
Hello Nick, if you ever get the chance can you do a walkaround of a racing offshore powerboat? Not your typical fare but it would be most interesting
Nice design nick , nice lower galley , however nothing to wash your smalls ??
Oooo nice 👍 like the decor, nice and bright salon and plenty of room to move around. Like the kitchen downstair. She a very practical type of boat, with 3 cabins nice sized cabins with that light bright decor, same as the salon.

Speed and range please from a long time subscriber 😊

'Simple and uncluttered', much like my brain, some would say
Lecker man Lecker, it's 100% from me, galley down ✔️✔️ how strange to also see it's a London registered boat too. Cheers DougT
YAY! My Lecker man!! 😃
10:24 - Oh lord, what is that blue boat in the background? That is a properly good looking boat.
508 K subs. Half a mil, good going .
Thank you!
NICK ANOTHER FLAWLESS YACHT TOUR
AQUAHOLIC NEVER EVER DISAPPOINT
😎🏝👙🍾👙🥂👙🎉
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Is all the furniture included with the sale?
I loved your camera work, it is smooth you don't get dizzy.
Thanks
Me a few beers and those stairs and I'd be all over tick tock
Interesting to see something a bit different…🤔🤔..but to be honest I’d take a Fairline Phantom 65 for similar money …and which looks like far better value …with far better & simple shaft drives & just much better quality finish on the face of it …. Keep up the great work Nick 👍👍❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️🇺🇸😎
Nice boat but would prefer the Nordhavn parked next to it. Thanks for sharing Nick
Thanks for watching!
I think an easier access to the crew quarters and a better head, would make that a lot more crewable
shame the master cabin isn't a bit further aft using the "crew" space making the galley larger, could have a table and small sofa down there. Other than that though, lovely boat, nice to see something a bit different
