- Hey everyone! So its time for a life update! Its been awhile LOL Some of you have commented and asked where have I been and what been going on so I figured I would upload an honest life update to catch everyone up. Lots of updates! We are buying our first home so we will be moving soon. Moving during a pandemic was not our plan but we are excited to move house so expect a moving vlog in the near future. Another reason I havent been uploading is because I have been sick. Im still not sure whats been going on with my health but will give a health update when I know. There are other things I discuss in this chit chat life update 2021 like bleaching my hair so make sure to watch!

Your curls look amazing! We are patient. Your lease determines your landlord's ability to enter your home. If it's not there, she doesn't have the right.

@@MakeupMenaree review your lease to see if, in the case of the landlord selling the house, she must sell "subject to" your lease. If that language is in your lease, she can sell the house, but you don't have to move. The new owner would buy the property subject to the terms of your existing lease. If you don't see that language, yep, it's time to move. I know you are going into escrow, but escrows fail for whatever reason sometimes. It's best to be sure about your rights as to your existing landlord.
Our lease ends on the 30th. It states the can show the house per agreement with tenant. Like I said we allowed over 15 showings at this point its impeding on our right to peacefully inhabitant the house. I aint heard nothing from her since I let her know I'm not stupid and like I said the house is no longer for sale lol we have a back up plan. Into a long stay hotel for a week or so if things are delayed or if the house falls through. But things are going good. Sellers agreed to all our requests after the inspection was complete. So fingers cross we can close on time 🤞🏽

I started trying to buy last summer and it was a nightmare every offer was out bid. Finally gave up back with the husband and we have property that his mom gave us and we’ll just build a modest home for now and wait this mess out. Hoping the build starts at the end of the summer
Yes its ridiculous! This house was literally God sent. Owners wanted to sell and not prolong the showing process and we happened to be the 1st to look at it and THE last house we were going to look at bf plan B lol I'm glad you still had a home. Doing upgrades and repairs are so fun I think. I hope you can start soon 😍

I pray you find out what's really going on with your bladder. Don't feel bad about looking for another Doctor....not all Doctors are created equal. :) You know when you're talking to someone if they are understanding you or not. It could mean your life.
I'm going to be riding with my husband. He's a long hual truck driver. Starting later this month so I'm excited about that. He has only been doing it for 6 months but he's happy.
Have a great trip to Virginia! I heard it's hot and humid there. Is it comparable to Texas i don't know.

We had friends of the family who were married that did long haul trucking together. They had the best stories and so much fun. Great way to travel! I just had my hysterectomy surgery back at end of April and I'm feeling so much better....oh my goodness. The fibroids had sized up to look like a 2nd trimester pregnancy. Any way, I'm so much happier now. And congrats on the home purchase!!! Yes, your situation sounds beyond stressful. And that realtor and the home owner are being quite unreasonable. Sending positive vibes your way to help get your home purchase closed quickly. And safe travels to VA!!!

I wish you well hope a less stressful life for you. Hubby and I are fully vaccinated as of May 6. The granddaughter is now three. We made it thru potty training! Sad to say that we will not be making any trips. Grandbaby acts like she has been drinking energy drinks so putting her in a seat for hours is NOT pleasant! (plus we would be hunting for a potty continually.) My good friend was warned that she could have bladder issues after her hysterectomy. She was told that without the support of female organs the bladder could misbehave. Hope you find the answers you need.

You are correct about the connection between the bladder issues and the hysterectomy!!! I had to start getting Botox injections for my bladder, which has helped. Keep us posted on how it turns out. I’m praying for you!❤️❤️❤️
Yes it definitely is related. I need to get in and see a new Dr. I have been struggling with issue after issue 😢 I will definitely keep you posted

Hey yeah I'm super late. There is someone you can report your landlord to. I don't remember who. I was in Wisconsin at the time. But my landlord made move within a couple hours. Because I moved into the demo apartment because that's what was left. Then a month later he basically told me I had to get out and move to the open one. That was a mess. But someone told me I could report him to some agency. That was over 11 yrs ago so I forgot and I only stayed there for 5 months. I went back home to the Carolinas where I had a house. You may want to contact your local housing authority. You maybe entitled to that month of rent back. Keep your proof , record your phone calls when the realtor contact you, and when they interrupted your work etc. I wish you well.

I hope they figure out what's going on with your bladder soon. My mom has irritation with hers and it has not been a pleasant view years. Certain things she eats triggers her pain.

There is no reason they should even be able to THINK they can just have folks coming to your home anytime of day. That's the south for you though - hella disrespectful! Please see a urogynecologist. You could have develop Cystocele or IC. Also, seek a Pelvic Floor PT. They are fabulous😊
I have been under the care of a urologist and actually had a few procedures one of which was a cystogram recently. Everything looked fine so no IC. I believe the issues I'm having with my bladder are related to my Hysterectomy and will be discussing that in future Dr appts. Thank you so much for the info though. I will keep it in mind ☺️

Exactly! She messed up and agreed to sell the house thinking we were month to month. When I informed her our lease was until the end of June she knew she messed up. Then I know for sure they were trying to get a bidding war started to get more money for the house and it backfired on her. 😒
