Thanks for the support! There are so many good creeks around. Explore a lot and don't be too discouraged if you strike out. It happens, but most of them time it's well worth it!
how long is fish good on a stringer before it needs to be put on ice/in a cooler? Ive never harvested because I dont really camp and haven't thought to take it back home after a day trip.
It depends on how you are keeping them on the stringer. If you keep them in cool, fresh water, they can last a really long time (days potentially). If you kill them, they only last a couple of hours at most.
Another perfect little tenkara creek. Nice looking trout too. Thanks for sharing!
I end up going here (different sections) 5 times so far! Haha! It's a fantastic creek. I'll post the other videos soon.
What a great video! Still new to tenkara. Hoping to discover some of these creeks soon. Live in SL county so I’m not too far away.

Fantastic release shot of that cutty! Gorgeous fish.
Thanks, Skiddy! I'm glad he hung around and let me film him.
Another sweet stream. That was a great looking cutty!
Thanks, Kidd! It's become one of my favorite!
Nice video! Might be worth bringing a stringer next time and keeping some of those brookies to help out the cutts
I probably should! I haven't kept fish in a while though. I usually don't pack stuff to bring them home in.

Tiger trout bonus!
Heck yeah! I wasn't expecting that for sure.
