    Another excellent video! Words like change are hard to look up in a dictionary because it has other meanings, so it's very nice to have this video for reference.

    Thank you for very cool videos. I like that you are making elaboration for small sets of words, but you are putting them into the context and you diving into the details.
    Kop kun krap maak. Dtae me kam taam.
    I noticed that ไหม in your videos is marked with high the tone? But as I understand due to the tone rules should be high class consonant (because of `ห`). and it should produce rising tone (live ending syllable)? mǎy? And taam mai passa Thai yaak mak? 😅
    Also if possible could you please leave some notes with these phrases.

    They still sometimes give you 10 s'tang and 25 s'tang(one quarter baht) in your small change in Lotuss... very small coins and worth practically nothing

    Hello kru jack
    I’ve got a question regarding the money in shops or street food would you hear the word? Dtang used or baht…?
    For example, if you’re at 7-Eleven or street food stall and your told the price using dtang or baht

    • @IgetThais
      @IgetThais  5 місяців тому +2

      Telling the price, we use the Thai currency, baht. 'Dtang' is used to refer to money, and 'baht' is used to refer to the Thai currency. For example, if you ask me 'ka-nom nee die baht krub' (How much is this ka-nom?), and I answer you with '10 baht krab' (it's 10 baht).
