Oh man I can't wait for mine. It's too cold to ship rn so I'll have to wait until around March. They'll be about 40g when they get here. Keeping them in a 12x12x18 until they grow a bit then upsizing to a 36x18x36 but I'd LOVE one of those big Zen habitats! Great video! 😊
I moved my oldest leachie (12 years) into an Exo-terra 36x18x36 from an 18x18x24 about a year ago. Like yours, he has many large cork tubes but stays mostly in or on top of one long, more narrow horizontal tube or on the glass sides of the enclosure. I've never seen him in any of the other tubes. I have pothos draped all around the cork and he doesn't damage it.
Have you tried the Zen Habits mats? I'm looking for ideas for my baby beardie's 4x2x2 enclosure (and some for his 40g while a baby) for the substrate. I was going to try half the enclosure a mix of coco fiber and play sand, with the other portion mat or tile of some kind. Would love any suggestions. Also, the grumpy butt sounds are the cutest lil sounds!🌻💙
Yeah I haven’t had any issues, my leachie has been in hers over a year now and my other zen enclosures are going on two and three years, no complaints.
I bought a Sudan plated skink from Lou's pet store and he's been trying to shed for a long while with out the aide of one of us I'm scared it looks like he was abused I'm afraid his belly is going to disconnect it self from the side of his body... He is in the worst health I've ever seen an animal or lizard come from a pet store....I call him Luka short for Luke

yup, rin is literally splayed out on her door right now barking at me whenever i come by lol

My gecko always sits in the top corner and mover around on the ceiling at night she only just used her cork hollows for herself the first time

I haven’t tried yet! A half and half sounds great, that’s how I kept my Beardies for a while!

Yeah I dont think I’ll do the gorilla glue method again unless it’s on a much smaller enclosure.
