I think there are powerful NGOs that purchase this technology. I’m sure the highest ranking military officials know these organizations are using this technology and are paid well to keep quiet. It is great weaponry when in use by the trust worthy, but in use by the dark side, all bets are off. I am having a tough time not seeing the evidence of use in places like M a u i. And other places where we see houses burned, but the trees around the houses still standing. The streams of molten aluminum from burnt cars indicate higher temperatures than a brush fire.
Now you know how people were burned alive in their cars in Maui when they pulled their cars into empty dirt lots with no fuel around them to burn, and still were incinerated with temperatures hot enough to melt glass and steel ( over 3000 degrees). Forest fires don't get that hot, 1500 degrees tops, and that's with winds and perfect fuel. These cars had the aluminum cylinder blocks protected in the engine compartment melt into liquid. It's hard to get things that hot in a blast furnace.
