I'm from the Hopi reservation northeastern Arizona Shungopavi village and when I was a little boy there were these monks that always came to our village and they would sit at the edge of the cliff the forbidden area and meditate all day long no water no nothing and now I understand completely why they kept coming to our village.
MAY THE GREAT SPIRIT BE WITH YOU ALL ALWAYS

If taken literally that comes across as gaslighting. Of course people's actions affect each other.

@@middleofnowhere1313 Thank you. In the relative world, things/people have affect on other things/people. That's how we are conditioned.
That statement "no one makes us feel anyway" is not to be applied to the relative. It's applied to the absolute. When applied to the relative it is only gaslighting. When there's recognition of the Absolute the to the degree to which it's recognized, that statement can be applied.

We know a song. A song that moves us. A song that reminds us. A song that we associate with. It has energy tempo and rythmn . We all recognise it. Yet we are fully aware that it is just a sequence of words and notes in a particular order. Which in itself is not an actual thing. 🙏

Flower = It is the nature of the all-inclusive Absolute to function/serve as a diversified unity of Infinite potential Eternally actualizing as a unified diversity or Uni-verse.
Now is constant. Perception is variable.
    That which is/That I am
    Being aware of being aware
    Eternally actualizing Infinite potential
Letting this moment be as pleasant as possible.
Remembering the Future. How it felt. Designer De' ja vu.
The Rhythm of Life is a movement and a rest. The optimum (Heaven), is always found somewhere between the extremes of too much and too little (hell).
Pleasantness is the Rose found at the Heart of the Optimum.
Narrow is the Way and straight the path, and few there are that find it.
    Perception = to know experientially.
We are an open ended possibility.
Ultimately, the most significant choice that we can make at any moment of the day is between unconscious compulsive reaction and conscious creative response.
The abstract called Love can be expressed concretely as a smile, hug, etc., thereby uniting Heaven and Earth.
The hallmark of the Master Wayfarer is fluid adaptation to an ever changing envirinment.
Empty of ego = Full of Life
Ejaculate and die. Injaculate and live. Our choice.

Words are symbols. Maps. Suchness however can be known directly but can not be described- even with words such as "flower". Meditate as awareness where no words are necessary. That is suchness or Buddha or Tathagata. It is reality itself. Not a symbol or map. Mindfulness is awareness is suchness isTathagata is Buddha. Even if for only 5 seconds!

Regardless of ethnicity, we all have basic and secondary innate emotions. -Paul Eckman, on Emotions
The film, “Inside Out,” a child’s movie, describes emotions. It is based off of PE’s, emotions.
