Would you suggest to get a coach right when you're starting off your business?

It’s 2022 and they gotten so greedy since, and the top tier now limits users to 9-10, not unlimited.

Does housecallpro have something for estimation of janitorial businesses?

I dont have any experience with Housecall Pro's bidding program but usually programs like this have basic estimating programs that work similar to Quickbooks, you're essentially just typing up an invoice using one of a set of forms that function like a spread sheet (number of hours x price per hour = cost). With something like that you need to already know the number of hours or have a price per square foot figured out. You may want a dedicated estimating software program, they'll generally figure out how much time it takes and often already have materials priced out for you, so you tell the program "I need to vacuum a 2000sqft room" and it will say "4 hours" and if you tell it "i need to mop 600sqft" it may even know how much cleaner you'll need. I dont have experience with janitorial work specifically but i worked as a commercial estimator for about 5 years and a residential estimator for a year using dedicated estimating software and Quickbooks style estimating.

What the price templates that they provide do you have to still add the price on your own? Do they have a system where it prices already

Beware if you decide to use Instant housecall . I had been using the service very happily for at least 10 years . Just recently they decided to use 2 step authentication this is where you create a code on your smart phone before you can login to your clients computer . However when my phone broke (Perhaps you think your phone won't break) and I had to get a new one I was unable to set up the 2 step authentication . Despite confirming my credit card details to Corey Fruitman forwarding to him confirmation emails generated by his systems he refused to reset the software so I could continue to use the software and support my clients .
This is now a massive inconvenience as most of my clients are not tech savvy and are unable to install alternative remote support software . Because of Covid 19 and my own poor health it's going to be almost impossible to visit these clients in their homes .
