I feel ya, don't give up on it. Try relaxing your mouth and don't move your lips too much almost like your whispering. This definitely required mouth stretching and exercise. The tongue and lips feel lazy and slurrish. I find certain combinations are extremely hard to say where more complex lines are easier. This is weird lol I think you mentioned in one of your videos about using tongue exercises by doing the alphabet, tongue pressed against check on both sides. Definitely have to keep practicing this. This is actually harder for me because I have a lisp which doesn’t allow me to swap between the same letters quick enough. If I could get a reply, Cole. That would be awesome. It was helpful though as well.
What I would do is take one bar and practice saying it acapella without out the music really slow and see if you can do that. This will build up your muscle memory and then you can gradually keep trying to say it faster. You could also slow down the speed of the UA-cam video as well. I hope this helps. I nearly got the sentence out of my mouth… after 8 beats, instead of 2. 😅 But English is my second language, Ìm a pretty old boomer and my brain works too slow due to my multiple sclerosis. So all over all, I am quite content with this outcome. 🙈 Great work man, I learned so much while binge watching your content and guess, I can really try my little rap experiment, I wanted to try out. My son thinks, that this is cringe - but I am gangsta and don‘t care. ✊
tip for everyone if your struggling: speed up the video to 1.25 and try the cadence like 4 times, then turn it back to normal and do that 4 times, keep doin that untill you can do the normal one perfectly.

Honestly rappers divide a verse into 3 parts. Then they spit them fast or speed up the vocals tempo.
