Great vid! Glad to see others finding use for the tiltys aswell!. Back in 2006 i got my hands on a brand new volvo ew180b with an engcon, we fitted a camera and a worklight 2/3 up on the dipper inside behind a steel frame, made for excellent help when working over walls or digging waterleaks etc (we have our water and sewer on depths between 150cm-600cm to avoid freezing)
Easy install and hella good to find! keep it up!
Beautiful to see! Finally someone across sea that are willing to take it to the next level. In Sweden, all excavators from 2 ton to 35 ish got rototilts (You won't get into a site w/o one tbh). I have an encon ec209 on my 10ton EW100. Anyways, well done, seen your other videos, very entertaining. Would do much to get the opportunity to work in the states for a year or two, I can bet my bare hands that it would open peoples eyes and make people rethink their investments.
I have never seen 2 guys more pampered on a jobsite in my life. That guy calling for a little here a little there...Use your shovel for once princess. Great operator though.
great video .
Super jealous watching these videos, I did dozens of houses with a regular tilt bucket but being able to spin the buckets 360 must be a game changer
It sure is! Big time saver
do you guys not have conveyor trucks? they can just sling the rock in there in a fraction of the time without the need for a machine to be there.
good job , I used to think the wrist a twist was good I sure would like one of those ,you did the whole basement without moving a track that's bucket will pay for it self in no time !
Id love to play with one of these buckets. Would be the ultimate shaping tool.
Your really good and have nice smooth monitions with that thing
Where the plumbing at I typically let plumbers get pipe in and inspected first.
I sure hope you charge enough for your skill. The buckets are great, but you still need a good operator.
Very cool bucket would be cool to try one for sure run equipment for a living, have used wrist buckets but never been around one of these bad boys, curious as to why you did not remove water before compacting gravel or maybe you did, something we do but everyone is different just wanted your opinion on that.
Thanks for watching. Its just stone. Water doesnt effect its strength. All the water drained out once we exited the perimeter drain later in the day.
Is that a basement? How thickness they going to pour the concrete at the bottom? We used to use round stones like that years ago but not allowed anymore, it has to be compacted crushed stone because of earthquakes now. That bucket seems to be coming in handy! :)
Yes a basement. The floor slab is typically 4-6in thick.
You don't put inside drains in?? Leave in Maine I do. But was just wondering
Depends on the house and the builder but here we did outside drains only but there were pipes run through the footing all around to let water escape and into the outside drain
How much did you have to pay for the rotator
Another great video!
Good operator !
Does it make a difference if their was no gravel to if their is gravel?
Yes, concrete will get poured over the stone and will be the basement floor. You always want to stone under the concrete basement slab to allow for water drainage. Its also better to use stone because it doent require you to compact in this case.
Dirt Ninja in Staten Island the plumbers would be crying that you placed the stone before the underground. I do it in the winter time so I don't have to kill myself in the water and mud. Nice job, I like how you tried to flatten out the high spots. Huge back saver. 👍
How many weeks have you used the roto now?
We have had it about 2 months. But I have only operated it about 6 days. My partner has mostly used it. This video is from a while ago. I think im pretty good at running it now.
Im sorry but it drives me friggen nuts when I see this. My boss and all our foremen are the same too. Open your window when your workin with guys on the ground. Its not raining and its not dusty so why have that communication barrier there
CrazyEye75 i assume good teams are able to communicate with hand signals and know eachother well enough to know what needs to be done and how it will be done. Every team works fluently in their own way. I'm sure if anyone in this vid had an issue eith it they wouldn't be eorking as well as what they showed in this vid...
CrazyEye75 I work with my window up if it's raining, snowing, dusty lol can't stand it down unless I have dust blowing straight in my face lol
CrazyEye75 just don't look like an issue
CrazyEye75 why not use radio communication? Instead of having to shout over the workplace.
I🤘🏻
Y no interior drain tile?
There is an exterior one with pipes that run through the footing to carry any interior water out to the drain.
Looks like a lot of water
The outlet for the perimeter drain was not dug yet so the water built up from the rain the previous night.
3:13 - 3:23 I almost came.
You need Ducky girl 86
I recommend you look at DUCKGIRL86 posts. They are really good. She is exceptionally good using all the Encon equipment and is a UK Encon demonstrator. Enjoy. Bill M from France.
Bill Mountford yes! She is crazy good with it!
I follow her. She is a very, very good operator
A machine right next to a wall like that makes me cringe!!!
