I don't think the Pacedegon is underrated, it is just a little too expensive with not much people that trade it.

The pacedegon can kill strong creatures if you use the ability if you dont use it you have a chance to get killed

It's not underrated, whoever has it uses it, it's expensive and rare so people look for it but few can play as it. Took me a few days to get one and I play as it A lot.

You seem to misinterpret tiers. They are merely a size category. I.e all tier 1 are tiny. All tier 2 are small. All tier 3 are medium. Etc...
