    Top Marks SA. Loved this little ride along and looking forward to the next. One observation whilst jibbing along it’s hard to know when to end the feature as you say it’s longer and need to hold it but you don’t look at the screen while doing it so unsure if I’m holding long enough or too short. Might be worth a little count down or something like ‘up, 3, 2, 1, down’ just so you have a verbal description with what to do.

    I like the “5” min workout focusing on “1” trick. As you create more it will give us an a-la-cart trick library to focus our workouts. Thanks

    This is awesome. i want t o buy this, but does it really translate to the forward sliding movement where I slide out and break my spine?

      It teaches most of the principles. Some stuff like angle of approach and shifting your centre of balance you still need to train, but it’s great for everthing else!
