I adore my Florida ghost, she’s got enough light that most of the leaves stay creamy white, my Ring of Fire, for sure, my jungle cacti, (Fern leaf/orchid cactus etc) my A Cuprea, so many I absolutely love. Oh! Yes the Manjula too! I’ve gone through 2 so far, on my third baby, I repotted too soon on the first 2 I didn’t know they were just mostly cuttings! I’m leaving my new one alone lol
Honestly, if I had to choose one pothos, it would be a Manjula as well. I remember buying my first one from offer up. It died. Then I found one at Walmart and planted two 4 inch plants together and it was so happy. I recently restarted my plant collection and I had to search high and low to find another. Love at first sight. lol
Lovely video. If an Alocasia is bowing its leaves like you describe, it usually means it’s getting too much light. Maybe farther away from the grow light would help
I love your videos. I actually fry dem is a starter plant, but it has beautiful variegation. I hope that I will be able to keep alive during winter months. Ihave all the plants you showed with the exception of Dragon Tail. It died during the winter months.
Sorry to hear. Yeah the dragon tail started out easy for a few years and recently it started acting up. I think my next step would be a self watering pot. Hopefully it helps. Thanks for watching! 😆🪴
Yea the Florida beauty is still 65$ ish for a small one here in southern BC Canada, not common as of yet… I’m patient ❤ They say,, the drooping Alocasia leaves are the leaves trying to get away from overhead too bright of light, I dunno either
Hi! 👋🏽 welcome! As long as you have a node, propagation is possible. Although it’s quite risky since you only have one chance of success compared to if you had multiple nodes. I’d recommend water propagating . Hope that helps 😉👍🏽Happy growing! 🪴
That hanging ladder 🪜 idea is brilliant! We’re still renting so not ideal for me but I love this idea!!! Don’t think I’d get my Rhaph Decerciva again, it’s slow for me and wants to crawl, it refuses to climb lol
Thanks. The RD is a bit indecisive as to what makes it happy 😅 but for some reason I still like it a lot. I think the new leaves are just 😍 Maybe I’ll soon tire of its attitude. We’ll see hehe
I have a very small P. Jose Buono that I am going to enjoy watching it grow. I was seduced by the look of the Thai Constellation, but growing it myself was a nightmare. And if I am being honest, it gets way too big for my apartment. I will enjoy it like I do venomous snakes, vicariously in other people's homes. The E. Manjula is so beautiful and one of my favorite plants in my 120 plant collection for sure! The R. Decursiva did not do well for me and when I lost it, I didn't replace it and never will buy it again. I have a small P. Ring of Fire. It is in my top three favorite house plants! If I lost mine, I would spend a day crying and mourning its loss (I adore my particular one). Then I would go out and buy another one. Which is a bit surprising as I am not a Philodendron fan and only have three in my collection (Jose Buono, Ring of Fire and Micans). But all three would be replaced if I lost them. I only have one Syngonium in my collection. My favorite a Milk Confetti and will always have one of them in my life.
I had a good laugh over your comment. 😆 I agree the Thai con can be tricky if you can’t figure out the watering. Semi hydro was the way to go for me, and high light. Yes! The JB is a well behaved philodendron. Thanks for the laugh. Happy growing! 😆🪴
Hehe! Good question. Honestly plants wouldn’t be on my mind if I had to evacuate but I’ll play along. 😆 hmmm, the first one that came to mind was my Variegated Frydek. Because it’s already established. When my Hoya start to get bigger, my pick would most likely change 😅
I like this thought! I don't think I could decide between my alocasias or begonias as all are getting huge, but I know I'd want my goeldii, syngonium albo/Wendlandii pot, and variegated hoya compacta.
The plant I would buy again is Philodendron Micans and Syngonium Angustatum if something happens to it. These are my 2nd and 3rd oldest plants. I waited on for price drop for Thai Constellations. 🪴Happy Planting🌿
Which of your uncommon plants would you buy again?

@torquess454 ooo very nice picks. I’ve thought about getting a cuprea. It’s quite unique. 😍
Hello Stephanie from Puerto Rico!! I agree on your choices!! Very beautiful plants!! 🙋🏼♀️🪴❤️
Hi 👋🏽 Thank you. 😆🪴
Wao estan hermosas todas sus niñas, sueno con tener algunas de ellas. Que las disfrute. Felicidades
Hola! Muchas gracias! 😆🪴
My Florida Beauty Mint. I love it.
It’s a stunner 🤩

Yeah! It’s a beautiful plant. Can be hard to find. Glad you found another one. Happy growing! 🪴😆

Thanks for watching! 😉🪴
Philodendron Mayoi 💚 Not sure how uncommon it is these days!
Still uncommon where I am. Love that plant! 😍

😮💨 yeah it’s still not quite there yet. Hope you find a nice one soon. 😊🪴
My uncommon (to me), plant that I would rebuy is my Philodendron Squamiferum.
Love those leaves 😍
Hey Lucian, New subbie here. Uhm I was wondering if propagation is doable with just one swiss cheese plant cutting. Thanks

My plant made it into UA-cam 😂
It was you!!! 😆😆🪴🪴
Your plant is stunning! Keep up the good work
@@luciansteph Thank you 😬
Hi Stephanie. I have a question. Which plants would you grab if you had to evacuate.? I think about this often and it stresses me 😂😂😂
Hehe! Good question. Honestly plants wouldn’t be on my mind if I had to evacuate but I’ll play along. 😆 hmmm, the first one that came to mind was my Variegated Frydek. Because it’s already established. When my Hoya start to get bigger, my pick would most likely change 😅

So many good picks. 😍Hehe it’s so hard to pick just one 😅
@@mwatson4970 yes that’s why it stresses me. I can’t choose between my pothos, syngoniums or agleonemas.
@kellyscott5838 😅😅
