Accent's Way English with Hadar Hi dear! Great video! Just a little reminder, a small mistake has been made at 8'08", the first word ends with a constant and the next starts* with s a vowel. And what a great example you have given, finish it=fini " shit"😂, you are hilarious! Love you.
Hadar! I love you... Undoubtedly, you've become my favorite English trainer. I'm a Spanish Teacher from Venezuela and your lessons have helped me a lot with my English pronunciation. You really understand learners and that's why I prefer non-native teachers. God bless you! Keep it up!
I hadar , i from Brazil, i like a lot your explanation , im studing english since 2017 , for the first time, every day , 1 hour per day , monday to monday ... congratulation...
What I love about your videos is how clear and precise they are. Here are my examples. 1.- play dirty 2.- excellen---teacher 3.- wor kit out 4.- he (y) lready
Hadar you are amazing! I love how you make everything so simple. You make English pronunciation easy to digest. I'm so blessed I found you! May God bless you always!!! :)
I love your lessons... Talking about fluency and non-pausing unit, so I say - ca(t)ea(t)smouse or cadeatsmouse, with d flat, or can I say both. Thank you.
That's exactly what I needed to learn. Sometimes my speech, and even my reading, in English is excessively slow, going from word to word. Thank you, Hadar! And, ah, you look very, very beautiful with a bun.
To practice the connected speech, I'm using song lyrics as they are already divided into those 'units' you're talking about (thought groups), and they don't contain any science-related vocabulary.
😍 AMAZING!! connected speech is one of the hardest aspects of pronunciation..but when you speak everything seems so easy and reachable, love your approach 💖💖💖
Your energetic lesson always encourages me to survive in English. Even though I'm trying to sing Lionel Richie's "Say you, say me", it feels hard to pronounce the fast part of "So you think you know the answers, Oh no", and the following parts. I can't even hear the parts as the lyrics are and imagine why the part of the lyrics sounds like that. I hope you instruct me on the structure of the pronunciation of the part. Excuse me for a personal request.
Brilliant, absolutely the perfect version I've ever seen about how to connect words well, no doubts linking is one of the toughest parts for non-native to master, especially those from a country like China where we're taught to sound every single word clearly and completely rather than trying to connect or drop sounds as you like.
At the library they had this little class where they were teaching English to Spanish people from Mexico and here in San Antonio I always tell my brother my border Brothers to practice when they're in the shower or anything to have to express and say it even I don't know how the proper correct words for saying in Spanish I kind of say it in slang I'm sorry for bothering you I just came back to say hi and look at what your teaching today
- think in sentences like a comprised of small chunks rather than words. - connected speech have 4 aspects 1. V + C » get it smoothly. 2. C + C » treat it like one word. 3. C + V » the C becomes with V word. 4. V + V » add y sound or get it smoothly if the two letters are proximity . Notes - t + y » Ch - d + y » dj " after all of that practice it with your vocabulary "
Wow, this idea of units is brilliant, as well as writing them in English alphabet! Here are my examples (from today's text for the challenge): C+C = served them V+V = family enjoyed V+C = were very (or 'were' doesn't counts like a vowel at the end?) C+V = each year
Ok, let's hear you! Write 4 examples for each transition: v+c c+c v+v c+v. GO - - - >
