    Thanks for this info - I've jus tretired and will be doing woodwork as a hobby small business so got lots to learn..... But thanks to youtube and generous people like yourself I have been gleaning as much as I can for the last year about what to make and how etc. Your videos are great and this one now adds to my knowledge base. I've been making some paste wax with mineral oil and beeswax and also just got some carnauba wax to add so looking forward to the new venture.

    How concerned are you about silicone contamination if you were to use the mould release? I think I'd be worried that with my luck, I'd smear it on something and then a finish wouldn't stick...

    I've used Johnson Paste Wax for this purpose[, but really do not like the smell of that product. Does the MinWax have a strong smell?
    If you like those clamps, you will absolutely love the Dubuque Bar Clamps. Probably a bit more expensive, but without question the best bar clamps on the market.
