The Gazelle dealer from whom I bought my bike reported that although he checks wheels for being true, it's a rare bike that needs any sort of work when it arrives to his US shop. I've been very happy with my mid-drive, mid-level bike, and the Bosch motor, at only 36v and 250 watts, easily allows me to scale any hill I've ever found. Great mileage, well-designed and yes, a bit more money, but a great choice. BTW, Bosch motors are UL-listed. We've all read about ebike fires. I wanted something that wouldn't be a constant worry.
