I recently found another local FPV pilot to fly with. We've done one flight together so far. Your chase video has been priming me for it and I gotta say, it's harder than it looks. You've set the bar for us and one of the first things we talked about was your channel and videos. They never get old.
If you allow me some advices, for easier pursuits its best to have the same or similar planes, and also fast ESCs. The multirotors kind of ESC. The old ESCs designed for plane are too slow and make it difficult to fly very close. Also we have our planes fitted with my radar system based on ESP32 module at 433mhz. Saves us a lot of time not endlessly looking for each other. And of course, good communication between the pilots :)
This looks fantastic, and I bet you get much better endurance with a wing vs a quadcopter. I wish fixed wings were more popular, there's so much less info on how to build them than there is on quads.
Yes a long range flight for a quad is just a brief detour for a flying wing, that's why most of our group slowly transitionned away the quads. Only in use now when the place is hard to land, or for when space on the backpack is limited :)
And Olivier is back to giving us another seat-of-your-pants helicopter ride over some of the most spectacular landscapes in Eastern France! 👍👍😉😊
breathtaking scenery and great flying both of you
These videos are half the reason I always look at areas with mountains when I think about moving. So cool!

It's almost more impressive to see the MiniDrak in turbulence from the outside than from the cockpit!
At 9:52 scared the crap out of that bird :)
by chance unharmed, but was close !
Vous êtes tous en HD dji ?
gorgeous flying. ps. did you get the caddx email about their new head tracking gimbals? not sure but i think they mount any camera system.
Nope no news from caddx ! But Im 100% on the O3 team so ... :)
@@Olivier-C yeah me too, v2 and vistas hehe, but the gimbals looked really good, sensible prices too.
Lol t'es passe a 7n endroit 9n je pourrais faire du planeur f3f sans soucis, doit y avoir un joli flux vertical a cet endroit la
