I discovered that Sephora in Kohls is a hidden gem! My store had SO many things in stock, its organized, clean, and there were maybe 2 customers in the entire store.

I cannot watch any of my favorite beauty influencers anymore because money is so messed up right now and things are so expensive and the cost of living is so high compared to what we make and what we pay taxes, etc. it’s hard to enjoy any of the content because you know you’re not gonna try the products you know you’re not considering buying them It’s been nice to remove myself from anything that is promoting reviewing or even talking about things that I don’t already own or can repurpose or reuse what I already have, but I do miss Lauren! I hope that all these beauty influencers can pivot to some content that doesn’t Include either buying or wishing we could buy things. But for now….. love you Lauren! So happy you are doing well!

I felt like this many years ago but with clothes and shopping in the malls. Unfortunately, from what I see, that is how more people are feeling now about much of everything.
I’m in a similar situation but I use these types of videos to narrow down to the one or two products that really sound/look great. Thus, better value for money -rather than wasting it on duds. 😂

That Rare blush is GORGEOUS on you. The first 1/3 of the video until you got to the blushes, I was just like “what in heck is on her cheeks? She looks like a glowy goddess!!”

I’m really proud of myself for not buying anything for a while but honestly there really hasn’t been much that piqued my interest. I was considering the Rare Beauty highlighter blushes, but $26? That feels like a lot, especially when I already own so much blush.

Very fair, cool-toned girly here. I got Rise and Desire in the Hourglass glossy balms and they are PERFECT.
Get the full size of the one size setting spray you are gonna love it! I have dry skin so I just use it on my t zone when I need my makeup to last all day and night. I’m a makeup artist so I use this on all my clients and their makeup lasts an eternity❤️

The Summer Fridays new eye serum does have retinol in it heads up, that could be causing the red dots under the eyes. I didn’t even realize it had retinol when I bought it and my eyes puffed up baaaad lol
I love the Dieux silicon eye patches. Kind of expensive but reusable with serums I already own, so I don’t need to buy eye masks ever again!!
I work at Sephora. PLEASE ask us for help with things, you’re not being a bother! What’s annoying is when people insist that they don’t need help and then go digging through our drawers on their own. Just ask us to help you! ❤️
If you like the Ole Henriksen balms (which are my favorite), you should try looking at your local Ulta store for the Blood Orange shade. It was a limited edition shade that is sold out online, but my local Ulta had a bunch in stock in store not to long ago. Also, the Cay Skin lip balms are really nice too.
Is Cay Skin a new brand? Never heard of them until maybe last week??
@@Impassion Cay has been around a couple of years! It's associated with Winnie Harlow, a model known for her gorgeous, almost symmetrical vitiligo. It launched pretty quietly at Sephora, which is how I first heard about it, browsing new arrivals.

The INNbeauty sunscreen is wayyyyyyyy better than the supergoop! The texture and feel honestly shocked me. It does not have that greasy, slippy, heavy feel that sunscreens can have. I like the glow screen but after trying the INNbeauty one, I wont be going back. It sinks in so much better and isnt as heavy. It is more of a lighter texture than the face glaze. The face glaze made me a little too oily throughout the day but the sunscreen hasnt affected my makeup or oil production. Very happy that I picked it up! You should most def try it out!

Yes! please keep us updated on the belif eye cream. The only eye cream I ever tried and liked and was planning on purchasing a full size
i tried a sample of the gisou shampoo and conditioner and i loved it, but when i bought the full sizes, after using it for about a month, i found it really weighed my hair down and made the scalp oily. i have pretty thick hair but my moms is thinner and the same happened with her 😭 hopefully it works out for you though!

Thank god I don’t wear makeup anymore. I used to buy ALL the new launches, and now I’m selling them off on mecari, and a lot of them haven’t even been used! My thing is perfume and skin care. I have a TON of high end makeup that I’m selling on mecari now discounted because omg I don’t wear makeup anymore and my skin loves it! I bought two things from the Sephora sale. I bought a BIG jar of the Charlotte tillbury magic cream (my holy grail) and a bottle of good genes (another holy grail) lol

I felt the saaaame way about the sense color from the hourglass lippies. Online it looked like almost a cool toned brown and then I got it and it was a peach, which is not a flattering color on me. I have also been eyeing up rose.
You need to get Rise! It’s actually like cool toned, almost purply shade. It’s my favorite of the line!

The eye balm from Osea is awesome-it’s in a roller ball thing, if you haven’t already tried it.
The one from Osea with the rollerball isn’t a balm at all. It’s actually super liquid and like runny. It’s basically just a hyaluronic acid serum.

Just got the inn beauty sunscreen and it’s way better than super goop! Not oily/greasy/typical sunscreen feel at all. Feels more like a light moisturizer and doesn’t make me oily throughout the day or give me white cast. It got me obsessed with the brand! 😅

I have Lucid and Trace in the hourglass phantom balm and love them both so much to the point I'm going to have to repurchase! Lucid with Dior cherry and a skin tint on, wooo so pretty! But I have also been trying to get my hands on that rise color in person, with no luck! I also bought that Too Faced stick bronzer on a whim and have been pleasantly surprised.

have you tried the bare minerals tinted moisturizer? its been my go to for years and we have the same oily skin types. i think you would love it. you have to work it into the skin with your fingers but it lasts all day
If you like gel eye creams...you will like Ole henriksen blurr wrinkle eye cream. Its a also a great base for makeup.
At holiday I got the Ole H lip balm in lingonberry jam. Love it.

You need to try the Herbivore Super Nova eye cream! I am prone to millia and reacting to heavy eye creams and this is light enough while also being moisturizing
I purchased the Charlotte tilbury lip gasm plumping gloss and it's definitely going back!! It burns my lips too much!! The color is pretty with the pillow talk lipliner under it. Even with the liner under it was way too much for me!!
You influenced me to get the ole henriksen lip balm! Tried the orange in store and loved it so I blind bought the strawberry. Tempted to buy the other 2 shades but I should finish up my other lip balms first 😂

Honey is good for all hair types.
1. I am a Goop fan, but like you the oily feeling can happen to me sometimes. So I bought the Inn Beauty in medium-deep & it feels light. If you want just a touch more shimmer then get the goop.
2. Never giving up my CT spray, but I’m an oily-combo person, I love one/size in the summer.
3. I bought his PT new lip plumper, but I regret not getting the sparkly ones. It reminds me of the 24k Ysl glosses from the early 2000’s.
4. Rhode who? Run 🏃♀️ for the Olehenriksen. It’s better ⏩️ than summer Fridays & Rhode. The formula is unique.
5. I did get the Dior color in bronze and I did buy the complexion product, it does run orange for the deeper shades.

I just got the dieux face cream to try as I heard some good things about it. I also ordered the new inn beauty tinted glow sunscreen to maybe wear to work the summer in Florida as I don’t usually wear foundation. I’ve been mixing in drunk elephant d bronzi drops in my sunscreen which is fine but something that’s one step has some appeal.

I love the rare beauty highlighter and don't love the blush i got. I got a like mauve berry type shade. It looks bronze on my skin and really like a highlighter that's just too dark lol.

It’s not at Sephora but you should try the lip plumping peptide gloss from thrive cosmetics. I just got the shade Maggie. I love it. It gives a long lasting cooling semitone the lips without being irritating.

I’m having an absolute battle with concealer. It’s actually a war on my wallet and I’m losing every battle here with brands. I know it’s make up and not magic but my eyes look better with nothing under them. Maybe that’s why I went through a minimal make up stage 😆. Either way it’s been non stop and I haven’t found what works or what I’m doing so wrong. Love the haul. I’ve become a VIB and even got an Ulta card so I’ve been buying and trying myself. Went overboard but I do have a couple returns. Buying on line is like buying a lottery ticket and hoping 😃. I only have a mini Sephora near me so they’re always out of everything. The kind that’s in Kohl’s. The only other thing that’s on my list is an eye cream. Maybe that’s my issues so on the look out for one and can’t wait for updates on the ones you got. 🙂
I recently purchased the OLEHENRIKSEN lipbalms as well and LOVE them I got the original citrus sunshine and blood orange spritz and I have to physically hold myself back to buy the strawberry one as well because I got so many lip products now lol

Got a sample of the inn beauty tinted sunscreen and it’s good good! I work in aesthetics and we sell Alastin skin tint which is ridiculously expensive. This is so similar and I prefer the tint over the Alastin.
