A water cooled friction brake for IC engine test.

In order to test our homebuild IC single cylinder engines, i.a. a 4-stroke engine 160 ccm and a 2-stroke engine 175 ccm, we'll build a dynamometer, i.e. a friction brake with torque measurement to measure the power. Everybody with a welder, a lathe and a mill can build it at the home workshop.
