In Pokémon X and Y. Hovering off the ground, whispering ‘No…you’re not the one…’ and then vanishing?! Terrifying stuff!
One of the most unsettling easter eggs i have heard about is a random whisper that appears very randomly in silent hill 2.
The blue creek apartment whispers.
Obscure one for you, the baby crying sound in Bully/Canis Canem Edit that can be heard randomly around the game or in the pause menu. No apparent known trigger or meaning behind it. Super eery stuff and a deep cut baby
The ending room of Vault eleven is a core memory
The most unsettling easter egg I can think of is in Black and White. The way the game whispers your name at night is incredibly creepy.
Oh come now. You talk about Vault 13 from FO1, but you don't mention the SENTIENT DEATHCLAWS you can befriend who have moved into Vault 13 in FO2 because it was abandoned by dwellers in direct response to the overseer kicking the Vault Dweller out. SENTIENT. FRIENDLY. DEATHCLAWS.
It has to be the ghost girl of Pokemon X and Y. It feels so out of place yet as a fan of horror I find it intriguing.
As far as unsettling Easter eggs, go, I’d have to say the joke the TV tells you during a Malkavian playthrough of vampire of the masquerade bloodlines. Because in a sense, it foreshadows the entire plot of the game.
I'm gonna have to say Arkham Asylums hidden room that no one ever found without the devs finally revealing the plans for Arkham City....very Gary, I mean unsettling😂
Vault 22 had fun glitch where you could get tons of XP farming the mantis. I believe it was later patched out though.

I still say vault 92 for Agatha's Song. Should've been on this list because thats a horrifying end to musicians

Unsettling Easter eggs I'm going Bethesda's game Rage in certain areas in the game you can find the numbers 4,8,15,16,23,42 written on the walls of course referring to the TV show Lost & all the creepy mysteries & curses that were behind those exact numbers in the show it leaves you wondering what's this supposed to mean & what is awaiting for me for the rest of the game

Are we sure Vault 76 is a control vault and not just broken like the rest of the game? 🤣
