Now this is really something! I'm glad I saw this clock, not just because how it looks or sounds, but because has the Winchester Chime! Also, I don't know if you know this, but there are other versions of the Whittington Chime. The one on this clock is the same as most clocks I've discovered, but there are three other versions of the Whittington Chime that use different notes. The St. Michael's Chime for all I know is only 32-note chime with no other variations. The Westminster Chime is probably the most common chime you hear on most clocks.
I love that clock it's beautiful and it sounds beautiful too I just bought one just like that one at a flea market although it needs to be fixed my pendulum will not stay running it keeps stopping and I have made sure I have leveled the clock with the leveler but for some reason again the pendulum still will not stay running it stops I have someone coming to take it away soon to have them take a look at it for me to see if they can fix it but one thing I did not know was when you move the clock to change the time I did not know that you were supposed to stop the pendulum I just hope I haven't messed it up any worse than what it was when I first got it but hopefully the person I've got coming to pick it up and look at it for me I hope that they can get it fixed up for me because I really like this clock and I would really like to have it running
It’s ashamed that no type of clock has Westminster, Whittington, St. Michael, and Winchester altogether. How cool would that be? Anyway, the clock sounds quite interesting. 👍
Yes the clock king
I appreciate that king u the best

urgos movement, has the rare winchester chime.

3:30 That’s something I would say lmao
I’ve always wanted to Winchester chime clock clock clock to two and I have yet to look for clocked at times like that
My favorite Chime Is Westminster
3:09 Westminster
4:37 Whittington
6:33 Winchester
I have the same clock but less decorations and it’s single chime but same tick and same click
Then they both have Urgos movements
My grandpa has got a very old grandfather clock that belong to him mum
The model would be behind the dial. And check the serial number
It looks similar to the one that was made from Ethan Allen
Your absolutely right ridgeway and Ethan Allen’s are very similar and actually use the same triple chime urgos movement
@@moreandmoreclocks9781 ridgeway made clocks for ethan allen actually
@@theray2009 believe it or not I knew that but thank you for letting us know 😁
