Dealership hate is pretty much the norm in the car community, at least here in CA. Y’all are EXTREMELY rare. Feels like most dealerships only care about you while you’re spending money, and then throw you under the bus. Thank you for caring and doing things the right way.
Not a car dealership - but a Harley dealership here sold me a motorcycle with NO paperwork…lied for 12 months about it being on the way. Never gave me plates, title, anything. Took legal threat for them to buy the bike back for less than I bought it sadly.
Back in '09, I swung by my local Nissan dealer and found an '06 Sentra SER Spec-V they just got on trade, so no window sticker yet. It was around closing time so I asked a guy in passing how much they were looking to get, so he checked with the sales manager real quick. Turns out the $5k price tag was what the dealer paid. Needless to say, when I came back the next day I got one hell of deal and some unfortunate lacky got a stern talking. Now I'm rocking a D41, purchased new from said dealer.
Back in 2000 I went to the Dodge Dealership to purchase a 2000 Dakota, the salesman was not gonna budge on price and he was kind of rude, so I left and went home. I called the Dealership and spoke to the GM and explained what had happened, he had me come back up and he took care of me personally. GM gave me a good deal and I was happy. Bad experiences are generally from the salesman and the service Dept. People feel they get taken advantage of on service fees, etc.. or being lied to. I have never read or heard of anyone complaining about the parts Dept.
Hang on.. I was told that 9E01A oil filters supersedes 31U1B. Can you confirm NOT to use 9E01A filters on D41's and only 31U1B? There was some supply chain issues where 31U1B wasn't available and the only alternative was 9E01A.
Those filters do not interchange. If you have the VQ38DD you should use the 31U1B filter. www.nissanparts.cc/oem-parts/nissan-engine-oil-filter-vq38dd-d40-d41-frontier-1520831u1b?c=bD0xJm49U2VhcmNoIFJlc3VsdHM%3D The early models used the 9E
What's up with the website? But yes I believe everyone here got some love for you guys. I only had 1 bad experience with Toyota and never again. I was 10 miles over the warranty and they didn't want to help at all. Found out that model has issues and they all start around the 60k range
Dealers that give candy with orders > dealers who do not

I wish Nissan would start making those cargo covers for the Pathfinders 05-12

I am not sure what's happening, give it a few. I am able to access it from my phone, but not my laptop.
It's great that they give away what I consider to be an obscure candy that most people that have seen me eat it, have never heard of it before
Hi-chews are the 💣
The good dealerships are passionate about the brand they represent. You guys have proven that for years! 🤘
Thanks dude!
