I also disagree a little that 433 will be the dominant formation over the next few years. Some of the most talented young managers in the game right now play with a variation of 343. Managers like Alonso, Amorim and even Kieran McKenna if you're looking at young managers in England. If these guys go on to become the next superstar managers you can guarantee that others will look to imitate their style and tactics.
Pipe dream stuff. 3 or 4 of those academy players at most will be regular first team squad players. That’s just the way it always goes with youth players. Very, very few actually go on to have first team careers at United.
Joao Neves, a RCB and a LB are a must this summer. We could do with a world class forward as well… someone that’s going to bag 30+ goals a season. A right footer playing off the left.

The problem with United fans is long term vision. They refuse to believe that a manager may take a couple years to setup his ideal environment around their squads. Erik ten Hag is tried and tested. Give him another season and see his execution. Your title is setup for 2027 instead of setup in 2025 the problem with fans is patience
I think it's going to be a budget saving transfer window. And im sure the dependance of the squad players would be from the youngsters at united simpler to both arsenal and spurs

Dave is spot on. Spending a shitload of money on 5 or 6 average players and hoping for a quick fix, is not working. United need to set a long term goal and accept that to get there, they will need patience and to not get distracted by outside noise.
Over the next 3 summers, they need to sign 6 high quality young players, 2 per season is not beyond their budget. Quality and potential costs money.
I would happily sell Fernandes, Rashford, Greewood etc etc because those funds can be used to invest in the future, and I think long term it is the smart thing to do.

Love that you've gone for some younger players, but do feel that there will need to be a little more experience sprinkled through. We can't just sign teenagers, besides with our under 18's we have those super young players already at the club. I think United needs to be signing players aged between 21-24 for the next few years. Young and talented, with high potential. But crucially having a good amount of top level experience, players who are ready to take the next step.

To be fair this is how top clubs actually think, they have a list of players on a squad planner and when they should hit their peak. Its a good way to plan and with financial fair play being a kick in the ##### for united its a must they look at the future as well as the here and now.

This is a very unrealistic transfer video IMO.
The inclusion of the youth players are more realisticand a very good idea but again it's hard to predict their futures due to development not being linear ...
United don't have this level of financial firepower to pull off half of these signings (due to PRS , Financial fair play and them not being a consistent CL side)
There is absolutely 0 chance of Yoro coming to United to be a back up, when he's on the books of Real Madrid to be a starter (potentially in the next few years)
Also you mentioned a figure of £60m for Joao Neves, when Benfica have routinely said £100m + release clause in his contract.
I highly doubt Diallo will be a United player next season. And I think Gore will leave next season. And maybe 1 or 2 players in the squad will be from the academy
