Who ever is sold, the negotiators need to reverse the weak attitudes of recent years: (i) get a good price and (ii) give the middle finger to anyone wanting to sell average guys to UTD for £70M
For me, I would move Mount as Bruno's backup and then sign Ross Barkley (if he is free/cheap this summer) as Mainoo's backup. Sell McTominay this summer, according to McTominay himself, the injury is not that bad. United could raise another 30-40M from him.
Also, United need to sign few more free transfers if many players are leaving this summer, these are some of the names that they need to consider:
1. Mario Hermoso - LCB. Age 28. Currently worth 25M. Even if things are not working out for him at United, he could be sold for 15-20M in 2025.
2. Iheanacho - ST. Age 27. We need another striker because Martial is leaving, if one of the 2 strikers is injured, we are left with 1 senior ST. Wheatley is good but too young and need to be loan out first.
3. Ndidi - DM. Age 27. United needs depth at DM and Ndidi is in his prime. Could be sold in 2025 for profits.
With these 3 free signings, United are stacked at the "spine" without having to worry about injuries. And they could use them to raise fund in 2025 too.

In my opinion, if we're seriously going for 3-4-3, these are my choices:
1. Alphonso Davies - self explanatory but if we wanna gamble there's Darlin Yongwa who is less developed but has an eye for a killer pass
2. Edon Zhegrova - high chance creation winger that we desperately need. Excellent dribbler and workrate on the press. Highly undervalued for his stats and output
3. Yacine Adli - high volume regista who resembles a younger Rodri. unbelievable stats and highly undervalued. highly technical and high workrate player for the double pivot/box.
4. Facundo Medina - basically a taller and pacier Lisandro Martinez(33.4 kph) who can play wide defender and stop our cutback problems from the left side. This will also allow Davies to do his thing with more freedom. He can play as the metronome of the team as the two pivots yo-yo up and down the pitch when he inverts.
5. Timo Hübers - defensive specialist centerback when we badly need to protect a lead as a sub and slightly better alternative to Tosin Adarabioyo. He is pretty quick as well for someone as tall at 33kph.
6. Benjamin Šeško - this might sound odd but pairing him with Højlund can work as an interchangeable targetman-poacher pairing. This will also work with ten Hag's preference to at least have 2 forwards to receive the cross. Both players can play from the center and channels and become a nightmare for centerbacks to mark at the same time. Alternatively, there's also Santiago Giménez who is an impressive allrounder. Another one is Vangelis Pavlidis who can be a rotation striker and even good enough to challenge Højlund.
Alphonso Davies said on one of his streams he'll never consider joining united.
Backup for no. 6 CDM maybe Eric Martel at Koln. Are in relegation battle but physically dominant. Calafiori is a good shout

Except Rabiot those are very cheap and affordable transfers that will keep us in top 6 meanwhile we replace our core. Those are essential transfers for us to function.

Unfortunatly, I can't see Zirkzee coming and playing 2nd fiddle to Højlund. He left Bayern for game time, so it wouldn't make sense for him to be a backup striker at a club in a worse state. I like your picks overall though, solid content bro!
I think we need to be clever, we always think we have to sign a name, there are the Kantes and Mahrezs out there that no one really thinks or knows to much about. La Liga, Ligue1, Primeira Liga to name a few leagues all have players that are under the radar but are more than capable and would improve us against what we already have. We need to think outside the box, hopefully the recruitment gets it right.

Long term 19, overall much better than Onana at everything but aerial duels. 50m on Sesko. 40m on Frimpong. 40m on Todibo. Thats my ideal summer. I dont want a left back cuz we have Harry Amaas coming in (v highly rated). And we have Will Fish whos a much better RCB backup than Kambwala.
Alternatively, Onana 50-60m, 90-100m Toney, 40m Frimpong, 40m Todibo also works.

I wouldn't buy a winger at all this summer even if we sell Rashford. The only case would be if we sold, RASHY, SANCHO, PELLISTRI AND GREENWOOD. THEN we can bring in HIGH CHANCE CREATING WINGERS, I dont enjoy seeing Hojlund receiving no service.

I would like to see this in the summer as I don’t think it’s impossible and one can always dream right? Ratcliffe has already mentioned a squad overhaul this summer and this is how I believe it can happen. These prices are derived from TransferMarket with me adding on a few mill here and there to try and make it more realistic. This squad overhaul is also on the premise that we bring a few more academy graduates into the regular first team squad such as Dan Gore and Ethan Wheatley.

£120m spent with a total and complete squad overhaul. For this to happen, I think the important aspects of this are the free transfers such as Adarabioyo and Barkley who boost the defence and midfield immediately without having to spend. We have to get them! Even if we just get Adarabioyo and Todibo, spending 35m for both adds two solid defenders to the squad for next to nothing. If we go for Braithwaite, he will be minimum 60m so we’d lose out there financially when we have more cheaper and efficient options.
Additionally, the selling of players such as Rashford are pivotal in keeping this overhaul within a budget. We know Sancho will go so selling those two for around 85m for both would be great business but again, the key is selling players like these to raise the budget. Also, we have to be going for players like Bakayoko for 45m who is in my opinion, a better player than Olise who we’d have to pay 60m for.

You're being very generous with the sell valuation of our players. For example, I don't think any club would be willing to pay 6 million for Eriksen. Not even half that. We'd be lucky to get 1 or 2 million. Which club would want to pay 25 million and a huge salary for Casemiro at his current age? Brandon William's contract with us expires this June, so he'll be leaving for free. Van De Beek will also be hard to get any willing buyers.
Eriksen and these players wouldn’t have to play in a high intensity system like untied and on a lower level or just different team. We need to get a new squad

My 100m is more realistic and it includes other fees as well.
E.g. Asking Maguire to go over Lindelof and we are also losing Varane and Evans too? Also, with ETH gone; Sancho has 1 more season to prove it. A respectable wage for Sancho is 150k/week max. For his last 2 years for 200k/week; its going to be costing us 20m. Add other costs it will be around 25m to break even for his sale. So why are we losing money to lose him? In a years time; if he does not turn out well; it is going to cost us 13m to let him go.
Same for Anthony; he should be paid around 80k/week; so to break even we need someone to buy him for 13m.
Casemiro's case is that I think he wants to go.
The one I worry for is Malacia. I do not see anyone wanting him. If we let him go he will cost us £10m.
The idea this year has got to be clearing the weakest links or the ones that want out.
And our staring 11 when fit is actually okay. Only the CB needs urgent attention. Shaw, Licha,Mainoo, Mount; Bruno; Rashford and Sancho should start easily; and Greenwood if he is around. Its the support cast i intend to build.
