I am a mix of lion and bear.i am practically useless after 10.30. And during my school and college days , the limit was some 9.30-10.00.But unlike what you said , i actually found it difficult to merge with the social demands of a Teenager.everyone in my hostel were night owls and it was difficult for me to sync with it esp during combine studies because i couldn't concentrate at night. I was asked a lot of times about it by some of my close people too. " ithendha ingane , ee nerathoke ornangyal enganeya.manushyanale " kind of things. Somehow I adapted to be up until 10.30-11 without any issues currently and i dont like it now if someone judges me for that. Just wanted to tell it here because eventhough i am fine with my nature now, this is the first time i am hearing about a scientific classification of the same. Thanks viya
